Emiliano did not want off the truck for therapy today so Roger went out his way to bring out activities to the truck. He opened up the back and did therapy with mijo like that!! Definitely above and beyond!! Thank youuuu!!
Offers physical, Occupational, and speech therapy. Front desk receptionist are amazing, and staff overall work hard at helpingbuiur kids grow and achieve life goals for their specific needs.
Horrible went in for evaluations they did it in 15mins and wanted my special needs son who is on a g button and in wheelchair straight from school wait 45 min for next evaluation from 12 to 3 evaluation.. never scheduled appointments for him keep putting off until referral was over causing us to evaluate over again. Just horrible still no therapy
Two years after I started taking my son in for speech therapy I get a bill. I was told they verify with my insurance that he was covered but didn’t. They also failed to inform us that his claims were being denied. Nothing was said the whole time that my daughter was going for physical therapy (which we was double charged for each time) but the bills comes just after we stop taking her. I tried to contact the gentleman that handles the claims and billing but he avoided my calls after he couldn’t answer why they didn’t verify with insurance company that it was covered and failed to inform us of the claims being denied
Hope and Believe is essential for our family, as our daughter receives physical, occupational, and speech therapy. The therapy provided to her is cutting-edge and encompasses her well-being. The diversity of knowledge and backgrounds among each therapist has allowed us to better understand our daughter with the progress she continues to make. This diversity in skill motivates our daughter, while ensuring she is engaged in each session. In addition, the staff and therapists of Hope and Believe are courteous, professional, and flexible. They not only provide support for our daughter, but help us as a family feel supported. They ensure we have a consistent team in place, while balancing the dynamics of proper planning and time. This allows our family to feel united with her therapists and ensure we have excellent communication at all times. Hope and Believe has become an extension of our family. The love they have shown our daughter combined with their expertise has allowed her to blossom. The owner, Julie Melton, is very knowledgeable, compassionate, and quick to respond. She is understanding and listens to the needs for our daughter and family. My daughter's therapy team, along with the office staff have easily taken away our stress of dealing with paperwork and scheduling, while implementing the best plan of care. We are forever grateful for Hope and Believe Pediatric Therapy.
My child was referred to Hope Therapy for two different therapies. Because of our location, we received services through the home health section of the company. They do not have therapists for this department and hire them as needed. Due to this, it took 2 months from the initial evaluation to start therapy sessions. Both of the therapists assistants sent to my home were brand new with the company. No one was monitoring them or what they were doing while in my home. My child was to receive a total of 4 sessions a week. However, in a matter of 6 weeks, only had 15 sessions. Every time I had a question, I would try to contact Julie Melton (owner) and she wouldn't call back. I have spent too much time trying to contact someone that should be contacting me when things go wrong. Then when the therapist assistants were no longer available, Julie began just sending my child's information to a multitude of different people looking for someone to hire. I really don't see how any of this is within HIPPA regulations. If you can go to the office for treatment, you may have better results. However, if you have to use the home health services, look elsewhere!
