I can't say if the therapist is any good with therapy or not. I can say that when you ask a new patient to push their 1st appointment back from 230 to 3 then the new patient arrives at 250 just to wait until 320 with no further communication that is not ok. The whole time all anyone can hear from the waiting room is a ton of laughter and carrying on. Thank you for being zero help.
I had my 1st appointment with Michelle today and I must say she is very sweet and kind. Also very encouraging and helpful. She is an amazing counselor and makes you feel comfortable after only a few minutes. I look forward to allowing her to help me thru my journey. Thank you Michelle! You're amazing at your job!
