I have known Dr. Anderson for many years and she has helped our family in many situations. Her patience and advice has helped me raise two children that have learned to discuss their problems and be open and healthy with struggles that they face. I’m so thankful to have a professional resource through life situations.

The staff and providers at Hope Springs are absolutely wonderful! They are kind, caring, and very talented. Without a doubt, Hope Springs is the best mental health office in the area and I highly recommend their services.

We have had several family members seen by the providers at Hope Springs. From making our first appointment, to receiving care, everyone was caring and professional. You can tell they care about their patients. We received help we finally needed after trying several other places. I have recommended them to several people.

For the first year, Dr. Cindy Anderson, Jennifer Luria, and Margaret Butler were very helpful and earned our trust. But when my family was in severe illness caused by the Influenza A, pneumonia, and my acute adverse reaction to Tamaflu and Pednisone, Dr. Cindy Anderson coldly terminated our services with Hope Springs without warning or discussion! She falsely reported us for child abuse. She also LIED to my son, telling him that Mom was wanting to end services. Then she sent a registered letter from herself, Jennifer Lucia, and Margaret Butler terminating our services! She gave no reason for termination except that they could not provide services for the severity of our needs. She listed 2 possible service providers for us to contact and left our family with NO support in our lowest crisis. They refused to reply to 2 emails I sent them after they terminated us. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Do not trust them.

Dr. Anderson helped me find answers. She cares a lot about everyone, and I like to read her blog. I always feel welcomed and accepted.
