I wish I could give 0 stars lack of communication they wouldn’t feed my kid. She ended up with a blackeye under their watch constant excuses to not feed her excuses on how she’s supposedly did it to herself with the black eye this place obviously has people who rough handle children because there is no way my child could physically harm herself to that extent one whole side of her face black and blue. I don’t think so. Unacceptable. Do not take your children here. There are plenty of other ABA therapy places in Yuma and online go there not here. I only pray that all the other children in there get better service.
My child has changed drastically in one year! Less to no behavior issues daily ! Have gain more skills like paying attention when his name been called! And more additional skills. Everyone in the office is doing a great job helping my Son to improve.Highly recommended!
Such a wonderful place with truly caring and patient people. Communication is excellent, and they’ve made everything so smooth for our family. We were nervous at first because our son usually struggles with new environments, but he absolutely loves his school and adjusted so quickly. We’re beyond grateful for the support and understanding he receives here.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. From a parents perspective my kid stayed sick and from what I was told by the therapists regarding how the center manager Angie operates, she will not send any sick child home. They get to stay in the center and spread germs to everyone which gets the kids and the therapist sick which leads to sessions being canceled 10 minutes before drop off CONSISTENTLY! I have gotten my child back with unexplained bruises and the only thing Angie can say is that they will “do better “ at monitoring the kids. PLEASE DO NOT BRING YOUR KIDS HERE!!!! They had a threat sent to the building a while ago and management NEVER told parents what was going on. Thank god for all therapists there at that time who were able to explain everything to me. The gruesome threats were made towards Angie the center manager and stated that they would off the kids in the building because of her! Angie is the fakest, money hungry center manager I have EVER met! She does not care about those kids. Keep your kids safe and AVOID THIS CLINIC AT ALL TIMES!!
Tammy and the all the hopebridge staff are extremely informative and are very professional I enjoy taking my son to the center every day. since being within the center of four months My son has said his first words!!! I’m so happy to hear his progress Michelle at the front desk is always alert, informative and put the children’s Emotions in a happy place thank you for making the experience easy this is such a great center for autistic children I highly recommend.
If you have a child with autism, I HIGHLY recommend this therapy center for your child’s care. They are friendly, loving, and supportive.
All service is not good service. Please trust me, you’re better off keeping your child at home than sending them to this or any Hopebridge location in Georgia. My experience has been a complete disservice. Management, especially Regina, has shown an attitude that is unprofessional and deeply concerning for someone working closely with children who have diverse needs. The lack of empathy and interpersonal skills is alarming. The staff, including Naima and Alisha, are the only two BCBAs, and they seem inexperienced and under constant micromanagement. It feels more like a training facility than a true therapeutic environment. The culture here is toxic and institutionalized. Many RBTs are repeatedly retesting because they cannot pass their certification exams, yet they are still placed in direct care roles with vulnerable children. This center appears more focused on moving kids out quickly, even when they are not ready, than on genuine clinical progress. Corporate support was also disappointing and unhelpful. Parents should research inspection reports, staff credentials, and publicly available reports of safety concerns at other Hopebridge locations before enrolling. These are a matter of public record and worth reviewing. Please fact-check everything I’ve shared and make the safest choice for your child.
My 2 year old (Level 1 autistic) son attends ABA Therapy at Hopebridge in Fort Myers, and I am very pleased with the progress he has made in the year that he has been with them. The staff, from management, to the RBTs, are so caring and helpful. Each RBT is assigned to one individual child for one on one support and learning! After taking a little time to adjust, my son was paired with an RBT named Sara and she is amazing. It is so remarkable the skills she has studly helped to teach my son, Including speaking, widely extending his vocabulary, and comprehension skills and he loves her! All the staff seem to truly care about the children! They Bcbas also spend ample time observing and making sure they are getting the skills that best fit your child's needs. Hands down they are top notch all the way down the charts! I highly recomend!
My family and I came to visit this facility for our kid’s enrollment to see how unprepared the staff was. The lady at the front desk was rude and seemed to be irritated at our arrival. She couldn’t find our profile, rsvp, nor our names! Once she was informed by another employee that we made the reservation and profile, she became more snappy towards us! I reckoned that was embarrassing for her sitting at the front desk. However, me and my wife decided on another company.
