I reached out to this office via Psychology Today to inquire about Dr. Park, but I was instead contacted by Samantha Blea regarding a completely different doctor, Dr. Kwon. When I clarified that I was inquiring about Dr. Park, her response was dismissive, simply stating, "Well, that's what came in…" To be helpful, I even provided a screenshot of my submission, thinking there might be a technical issue. Rather than acknowledging the concern or showing any level of professionalism, I was met with short, unhelpful responses and a complete lack of empathy—ironic, given that this is a mental health office. I can’t speak for the therapists themselves, but my experience with Samantha alone was enough to make me look elsewhere. If this is how they handle potential clients, I’d be wary of what to expect beyond the first interaction. UPDATE: I'm updating my initial 1 star review to 3 stars to acknowledge Dr. Kwon's efforts to address my concerns. After posting my initial review, Dr. Kwon reached out to me personally to apologize and offer assistance. I appreciate her taking the time to understand my experience and her willingness to help. While my initial interaction with the scheduler was negative, Dr. Kwon's response shows a commitment to patient care and customer service. I hope that this experience will lead to improvements in HopeSpring's administrative processes.

My daughter attended the Character Building Group and she just loved it. She got to know more about herself and learned a lot. Thank you, Dr. Kwon and the staff, for the wonderful 3-week program.
