I came here in an act of despair after being denied an appointment by Avera Health Ear Nose and Throat for absolutely no reason. They denied me for not having a referral when they WERE in fact sent a referral, and after calling my insurance provider , I learned that if the clinic would have reviewed my insurance plan, they would have seen that I DIDN’T EVEN NEED a referral in the first place. I have gone to both Avera and Yankton Medical Clinic, battling health concerns for months and it really made me feel hopeless, like everyday was a struggle to do any daily tasks. I cried after being denied my appointment at Avera and quite literally drove to the next clinic on Broadway I could find and I am glad I did. As soon as I walked in the door, I had a feeling this was going to be the place for me. I was greeted by the receptionist with a gorgeous smile and she didn’t make me feel rushed. Dr. Lammers was very patient while listening to my ongoing symptoms. She never interrupted me and she never made me feel judged like the previous providers I have seen. I may not have received the answers I was looking for, but just feeling valued and cared for is enough for me to switch providers to Horizon Health. I will be going here for all of my future health concerns and if you decide to go here, I hope you find the same caring experience as I have felt walking through those doors. 💜

Our Dr is Morgan she is amazing she takes her time and listens. She saved my husband life reg due to he's heart. Ty Dr Morgan for being so caring. She is also my Dr we love you Maria and Robert Vickers

I would like to express my disappointment regarding the recent decision to end Mandy Thom's contract from Horizon Health. As someone who has personally benefited from her exceptional care, I can attest to the positive impact she has had on both my health and the well-being of others in our community. Mandy’s dedication and professionalism have made a significant difference in many lives, and her absence will undoubtedly be felt by patients and staff alike. I believe this decision is a loss not only for our community but also for Horizon Health as an organization. Mandy’s contributions were invaluable, and her departure will have a lasting effect.

The dentists here are incredible. They are very friendly and saved me alot of money by showing me an option I didnt know I had. My teeth feel great. Better than they have in 2 years!
