Very dissapointed with front desk staff. Was not able to make a follow up appointment due to woman at front desk never looked up from her desk to even acknowledge we were there. Sad thing was , her desk faced the door we came out of. Had to go home and then call back to schedule appointment. But on a positive side the woman I spoke to on the phone was extremely nice and helpful and was able to schedule my next appointment.
If not star can be given that's what it would be. Good luck getting thru. Phone staff is rude gets smart not proper for their choice if employment considering it is to help people. Medications take forever from provider to get called in.
Horizon has been a great experience for me and has improved my life for the better massively. I have been receiving help here for over a year. I'd highly recommend it.
Front desk are downright the rudest people I have ever experienced in healthcare
I should have read the reviews. This place is gross, rude employees and they want to drug test you even just to speak to a psychiatrist. I did it, but I am not a drug seeker, and the doctor was nice but ZERO help. Front desk is rude .. waste of 100 copay. 0/10 do not recommend. Also feels like a probation officer or something. Really one of the worst experiences. Then they gaslit me to make me think it was normal. when I told my husband, he was FURIOUS. These people are the absolute worst.
They discontinued a benzodiazepine prescription I’d been on for over three years. If you’re not familiar, I urge you to look up the risks of quitting benzodiazepine usage cold turkey. When I was initially seen I was in terrible shape, physically shaking, and my requests and complaints following have all fallen upon deaf ears. Make of that what you will!
I can only give them a one. They deserve a minus 100. If ANYONE is thinking about letting a loved one go they, think it over, very carefully. I'm sure they have plenty of complaints, but the one that is mainly in my mind, is the horrific treatment of the lady who went missing from there. It's unthinkable what this family has had to go through. Not reporting the lady as missing, not letting her family know anything,. The lady was missing for almost two months before she was found. My heart is breaking for them. I do not want to have to read another story like this. I hope and pray that the authorities investagate them and, if possible, close them down or get new management.
If it wasn’t for the fact that no one is taking new patients, or have weeks booked in advance, I would have looked elsewhere. I went in today because the woman who scheduled me said July 13th. The receptionist was rude as hell, and told me that my appointment was on Tuesday. There is no clear communication, she also got sassy and told me that I had turned an opportunity to be seen on the 5th. That was for Florence and it wasn’t even a guarantee, it was a maybe. I wanted an appointment I knew I could actually go to. I tried explaining that I told the woman I couldn’t do the 11th because my baby had an appointment, she said she would move it to the 13th but of course doesn’t put that in her notes. Now I have to wait another 12 days just for an intake. This all could’ve been done easily without the attitude and miscommunication.
