Alice Spence and Horizon Therapy group are as good as it gets. I had the chance to work with a variety of therapists over the years and Alice has far exceeded all others. She clearly has a ton of experience. She comes to every appointment with an ability to meet you where you are at and help you get to where you need to be. Highly recommend!

My EAP company (free sessions provided through my work) gave me several different therapist offices to call and only this one returned my call. Although the therapist that was recommended to me wasn’t accepting new patients, she made an exception to see me. It was such a relief to find such a welcoming therapy group! Horizon Therapy Group has been my saving grace multiple times in my life. Especially Patti! I have worked with her off and on since 2010. She's helped me navigate tough times in my life from illness, relationships with family including spouse and children, loss of loved ones, career changes, and helping with the fear of the unknowns in life. I am a better Mom, Wife, daughter and sister since getting the care I needed with Patti. I would not be the person I am today without Horizon Therapy Group.

I absolutely love horizon therapy!! I feel incredibly safe and welcome by all members of the Center. The connection I have with my therapist is Phenomenal, she is a perfect fit. i’ve always been comfortable and felt safe sharing both past and present experiences. I have never felt judged or condemned in any session. Instead, she has helped me to understand, except and heal myself. I have learned Invaluable insights& tools to use daily, from her wisdom, guidance, and resources that she shares with me. I have found my voice, peace with the past, and most crucially how to Nurture healthy relationships. I am forever grateful!!

Patti is an incredible therapist—she’s a compassionate listener, offers helpful resources to work on between visits, and her kindness shines through in every session.
