Hoskinson Health and Wellness Clinic

I have been bringing my friend to Hoskinsons to see the Rheumatologist. We were told 3 times that her Remicade infusions were submitted to insurance for prior authorization and told that it would be marked urgent and submitted again. We were told once that it was approved and a few days later that no it hasn’t been approved it has only been submitted for approval (which never happened.) The doctor told us a few days ago that it takes 2-4 weeks usually for approval and it’s now been almost 3 weeks. Today my friend called insurance and was told that it was never submitted. She then called the clinic and nobody knew why it was never submitted. The nurse called her back and said she thought that she had submitted it (but she never did) She needs these infusions bad as her health is declining fast. It is very upsetting to think of starting over and waiting another month or more.

I called n ask for my medical report to be ready to get picked up..n the staffs said it was ready ..but when arrived -I had to wait for almost an hour for them to search for my medical reports ..I just felt that they should have it more ready n not have to make the patient wait for so long ..this was not the first time that it had happened to me ,,,I was late to my next appointments ..so I really hope they can be a bit more organized n not have to make people wait for so long -gets quite frustrating when I called many times ahead to make sure it’s ready so I would not gave to wait so long n delays my plans

Going to appt. In the parking lot they call to change appt.after I changed 2 other apps. To be there.
