The best medical specialist I have ever experienced

I couldn't get myself started on equipment because I was NEVER showed how to adjust the machines. Or told my weights on the machines to self start! I'm doing a program now that I love. You have a folder with all the machines with the weight you use on each machine.They walked me through and thoroughly assessed the weight, operations, and it is so easy and well organized!. You look in your folder and find your machines and weight and off you go! All in your folder!! Makes it so easy to be in control of your workout! While HSC is a good program, it could use some improvements. Like the patients educated on self starting their work out. Stephanie was a awesome! She motivated you and praised you on how much you've achieved! She made you want to be there! The other woman Rhonda was kind of mean. Didn't give good instructions or direction, and was hard to work with. Always something negative to say. Then blame the patients for not self starting. Other than her not so savory attitude, the program works and got me up moving. I'm grateful I started my recovery there. Just not happy with the unorganized approach to equipment, and how to use it properly!

Very good and experienced staff. She tried her best to give me best care possible. Always positive and supportive and welcoming.

Prompt courteous care. Dr. Daniels was patient, thorough and kind. She answered all of our questions kindly and explained every step of the rest to quiet my anxiety.

Personally I love the hospital, doctors, nurses, cna, the entire staff is awesome. I personally was a patient for 3 months after brain surgery and my experience was amazing the love, care and dedication this hospital offers is amazing. I went through a difficult experience I am so grateful I the opportunity to be around living and caring human beings. Honestly I was scared to leave I was scared of of facing reality but they didn't send me home til I was ready to live on my own again. Now I go there as an out patient and do physical therapy and occupational therapy and the best decision I made. I love the staff. I never appreciated pt and ot therapist the eas I do now. This hospital has changed my life. Anything is possible if you believe you can do all things and have the right village behind you. I still have work to do before I see the end result but I am healed my body starting to catch up. It hasn't been a year yet I am walking and moving my hand again. I seen a lot of of ppl recover and amazes me how resilient the body and mind is. HOSC has the BEST service and staff you will ever need

Comprehensive physical therapy department. Staff is very friendly and inviting

I was diagnosed with Bulbar ALS and my team has been great. They are thourogh and take the time to lusten, answer all of questions and most of all compassiinate not only with the patient but with family as well.

Pleasant experience from checking in to evaluation. Very thorough and validating Occupational Threapist, who took the time to explain and listen. Highly recommend.
