My son has been attending weekly speech sessions with Miss Sarah for three years. I originally chose Sarah because I knew it was just her, not some big company. I didn't want my son to just be a name. I wanted his speech therapist to really know HIM. Sarah worked hard to quickly connect with my son and learn what makes him tick. I can guarantee that no two clients have identical sessions with Sarah. She is so good about tailoring the sessions to fit each child. My son has been a tough case, I'm sure. He has some other underlying issues going on. That hasn't stopped Sarah from continuing to adapt and mold her approach to fit exactly what he needs. When my son's behavior has hindered his progress, Sarah doesn't hesitate to call him higher and let me know about it, which I so appreciate so I can hold him accountable too. Simple things like, “He was interrupting quite a bit today. I let him know that it's respectful to let a person say everything they wanted to before saying their own thought.” I just so appreciate this because I know we're all on the same page. I am very careful about who is teaching my son, and Miss Sarah is most definitely in my safe circle!

We have had a great experience with Miss Sara! She sits on the floor with the kids and incorporates playing a game or something fun with the speech therapy! It’s been great and would recommend to others!

When my older daughter was needing some one on one work with her "s" sounds, I worried it might be a little too late to begin speech therapy and wondered if she should have started when she was much younger. I was concerned it was possibly something that couldn't be remedied now that she was older. Well thankfully with Sarah's help that was not the case at all! Sarah has such a fun and friendly personality that kids are drawn to. My daughter absolutely loved her and was excited to go to speech therapy every week. Sarah got to know her as a person and listened to her "s" words and picked exercises or games for her to do that were suited to her interests. She showed her where to place her tongue and gave her a cute little mirror to take home to use when she was practicing her "s" words. She gave motivational incentives for my daughter to get her homework done for the week. My daughter made so much progress very quickly. When she no longer needed to come to any more sessions, she was very bummed because she just loved coming to visit with Sarah each week. I highly recommend Sarah and appreciate all of her help!

Sarah has been so wonderful with one of our sons that was in need of speech therapy prior to entering kindergarten. She started off with building a great rapport and trust with our son and even after a short few sessions he started to show progress! She has so many easy to follow techniques to incorporate these in your daily activities for your kiddo to practice daily! We were able to find a strong motivation to keep my son engaged in practicing these techniques to help him correct and practice the sounds he needed to work on! Truly so appreciative of her commitment and care for our kiddos growth!!

Sarah is the most amazing speech therapist! She forever impacted our son's growth & learning & has such a heart for kids!
