Unorganized, unprofessional, Mismanaged, rude and incompetent. Do not go here. The billing/accounting people always mess up my account and always add extra balances from other people's accounts. They called me for my account for my son and then said they can't talk to me because they have someone else listed as my sons mother. This place is absolute trash. Update: they just sent me an emailed invoice for 25$ copay dated for may of 2024 w a due date of 22526 or I get sent to collections. I paid all the visits and they even showed a zero balance on my account when we ended services due to their incompetence and corrupt accountant...and here we go again almost 2 years later with more issues. My son hasn't even gone to them since my first review. Seriously avoid this place and get help elsewhere.

I'm a client there at HBI and I just experienced a very rude receptionist not in building H the two ladies in H building work exceptionally well with clients.

The staff in the crisis department went above and beyond to find me housing. It is a sober program and you must be willing to put in the work! Extremely grateful for this place. They housed me the moment I walked in. I highly recommend you go to the hospital and have a social worker start the process for you. Beds are limited! Thank you HBI!

A bunch of lazy people who won't even answer the phone. Every time I call in here the same lazy woman at the front desk to extension 246 are always screening calls. Now this is fine when you work for 7-11 but this is inexcusable when peoples mental health is on the line. And this is not the first incident with this happening I have been getting screened by theses same lazy woman at that front desk who should be replaced with people who actually care for over 6 months now. I can only imagine all the people who have taken their own lives because these women refuse to pick up the phone so they can schedule a appointment. You should be ashamed

After armed robbery, bedridden for a month, sent here. Therapist (can't recall name) just said: return after meditating 30 days straight.. there are many tools online for meditating, she said. Brilliant!

Well, you might want to steer clear of Dr Basilli at the Human Behavior Inst on Jones Blvd unless you are looking for a very disingenuous & rude therapist. I am a retired Navy Chief with an absolute cargo ship amount of issues to work through. I have a 20 lb service dog that always gets a bit excited when my name is called. My boy sometimes barks just a few times before I go in for any appt at the VA for example. Anyway, my first & last appt started with Dr Basilli telling me if my dog kept barking, I would need to leave. The lobby was empty at the time & my boy only barked twice. I received that greeting from the good doctor who was more than five min late instead of getting a warm greeting of hello or a handshake like most doctors would have done automatically. I told her she really didn't need to say what she did, but she corrected me telling me that "Yes, she did" with her ooohhh scary glare. I told her that I would tell her some things & she could tell me if she thought it would be a good fit in seeing her for therapy. I admit that my past is incredibly troubled with sexual PTSD going back to childhood & too many negative things occurring until now as I continue to deal with tough issues at 61 years old. As I spoke, her facial expressions were that of being uncomfortable & disinterested while letting me ramble on & on. I have issues spilling out of me & once I get going, there's a whole lot to say. Here's the best part of my experience with her & the main reason for this review. After 25 min, Dr Basilli doesn't say a word to me before turning around to work on her computer. I was literally speaking to her back for five min or more. I finally told her I didn't like having to speak to her back. Without turning around, she said that she was looking for a referral for me. I'm thinking to myself that I would not take a referral to a coffee shop from this woman, but she still wouldn't turn around. She found a name, handed it to me & proceeded to tell me that she doesn't deal with sexual PTSD. I informed her that I wouldn't have opened up like that if I thought she wouldn't possibly be the one to treat me. She walked me out. I told her honestly that the reviews of 2.6 that I read about the Human Behavior Institute were very accurate. I threw away her referral as my search for a "qualified" therapist goes on! 🫡

If I could give zero stars I would. My doctor well now my old doctor she is simply amazing. I had to switch offices and go to a whole new provider because the office staff is horrible. I've been calling for over two and a half weeks to get a medication adjustment due to stress and trauma and they still have yet till this day called me to reschedule to get me and connected with my doctor. I've been dealing with this company for over 10 years in the past 3 years it has went to hell in a hand basket. You as a company need to properly address the situation and you also need to make sure that your voicemail is not full every single day. This is a mental health situation a mental health center you are helping people who have disabilities addiction life-threatening situations mentally and it's like you guys just don't care because you never clean out your voicemail never return phone calls and never answer phones at all!!!!. It's very inappropriate and disgusting as a company that you guys would even sit here and allow this.
