i would give HPRC 5 stars but the disrespect and high raising voice is not how you talk to anyone they do not understand if your child is in school and plus ride the bus home they will not work with you , things has changed a lot since the pass I never had problems but as I am deciding to take my child out due to this I love Samantha and everyone else who teaches my child works with him but im not for sure if I was speaking to manager or not but I will be speaking to whoever is over HPRC. At that not for sure if they understand English at the front desk.

ASD/ADHD speech therapy for elementary school age child. Been coming to this location for speech therapy at least 1.5 years and the other location for over a year. I love it here. The staff is SO friendly, whether they work with you regularly or not. The text notifications of appointments are super helpful. The speech therapist, Samantha, is AMAZING! Like Miracle worker level. I have the most stubborn child :) and Samantha has paired with her and gotten her to comply in ways we didn’t think were possible couldn’t recommend HPRC more. I miss the downtown location, but we moved without any issues (smooth as silk)

I would give it a five star just because we love my daughter’s speech therapist Allison. She always so happy and amazing! The reason for one star is because the lady In The front office. We’ve had scheduling issues with both our daughters. Hopefully she can smile more. It be nice to walk Into an establishment with a welcome. Ever better because she works near children.

Currently located (Dec 2024 - Current 2025) within Easterseals building. Fabulous staff all over! They keep their schedule tight - no time overages. So make sure to show up on time! ☆ entrance to the facility: Go to the left building.

I love HPRC my son goes here for therapy and I have never had any issues with them. Th staff is very friendly, respectful and professional. My therapist are amazing👏

We have Ms. Kelsey for my sons Occupational therapy and she’s absolutely amazing! He’s very nervous around new people, he has level 2 autism, and after just 4 visits he now willing goes to her and is so happy to see her! The second visit he didn’t even cry leaving me and it just made me so comfortable knowing he’s happy there. The facility itself is wonderful and have been working hard with getting my son squared away for speech. I couldn’t recommend them enough!

Ms Kaitlyn, with physical therapy, is fantastic! We have also met Ms Shelby, and she is amazing to work with, too! My daughter has had weekly sessions for several months now, and the way she is worked with is so endearing to watch. Kaitlyn and Shelby are very kind, patient, informative, and have helped us understand how to further work at home in between PT appointments to meet our goals. We came to HPRC on a recommendation from our pediatrician, to help our infant with some postural and development delays/difficulties. My daughter has had noticeable progress and I'm very thankful for the opportunity to work with these ladies. I know my daughter has such a great time working on her strength and mobility, she doesn't even realize she's working. Thank you, again for your amazing and kind staff, it has made such a difference for our daughter!
