I absolutley love this practice. I have been going to this practice for many years and I really got lucky when I found this place. Dr. Trivedi was key in saving my sanity and my life. Dr, Trivedi adds a personal element that is welcoming to her patients and the practice is truly a safe space for healing & getting great personalized care. I recommend to all friends and family (my daughter loves this office too) if they need a great behavioral health provider to contact Human Touch. I also do the TMS therapy. This is a therapy uses magnetic pulses to specific areas of the brain to assist with depression and anxiety. I suffer from severe anxiety and depression. I find that it really helps tremendously. I have seen wonderful results. The other great thing about Dr. Trivedi's TMS therapy program is somehow it helps with pain in certain areas. I have had a recent somewhat failed hand surgery which limited my mobility and left me in a great deal of pain. Where the pulses hit on my hand actually stimulates that area and i believe it is assisting in the healing process. I just know that when I am finished with my session not only do i fell good but my hand does too. I recommend doing research on TMS therapy and trying it. It is non-invasive and doesn't hurt at all.

I had the most amazing treatment here. This facility was clean, and most of all Dr.Trivedi cared. I was suffering from extreme PPD, among other things, and was recommended the IV ketamine treatment. It has significantly changed my life. Dr.Trivedi and her staff were awesome. I am blessed to have met her. I became me again.

First and Foremost all the Staff will Go above and Beyond Professional Courtesy! The absolute closest Biological Person to me has used Human Touch for 5 plus years. Dr. Trevedi and Shivani are Top Notch especially in one of the most difficult Medical Practice Categories to be in. Highly Recommend!

My surrogate daughter waited 3 months to have an appointment with Dr. Trevedi after a variety of insurance and scheduling difficulties. She desperately needs help for severe anxiety particularly in connection with a case of workplace harassment. We spent a great deal of time preparing a detailed medical and personal history in order to expedite the intake process and allow more time for doctor/patient discussion. Dr. Trevedi took one look at one aspect of my daughter's diagnostic history, concluded that this was the source of her anxiety while stating that she did not specialize in that aspect, then refuse to provide her ANY CARE despite absolute desperation to have psychiatric assistance for anxiety stemming from events occurring at work. A medical doctor made a snap diagnosis without any meaningful interview of the patient or their circumstances based on what was written on a piece of paper, and then refused any care? And then sends an obviously ill person on their way to wade through the mire of more phone calls, more forms, more red tape despite a list of diagnoses that should inform the doctor of the difficulty level for the patient to perform this task? Insurance was being billed for the teleheath visit regardless. Would it have ruined her practice to assist this patient with debilitating anxiety while continuing the process of referring to a more specialized provider? This was the behavioral health equivalent of being asked as a doctor to care for someone bleeding out on the sidewalk but taking a glance at the damage and quipping "sorry, I'm not an orthopedist" and continuing to walk along to the next shop window. Not only was there a failure to provide care, further damage was done because the doctor flat out rejected my daughter based on a sensitive diagnosis. It needed years for her to feel safe enough to disclose that she experienced the symptoms which led to this diagnosis...which is highly stigmatized. Because of this rejection, all of the reasons why she felt it was necessary to mask and feel fearful of even the people who are supposed to be able to help her with her difficulties have just been reinforced. Fabulous. I am just floored that a psychiatrist who advertises treating patients with PTSD could show so little compassion or personal regard. I miss the Hippocratic Oath. Does anyone even recall it now?

Dr. Trivedi and her staff are wonderful. I’ve been a patient for more than six months now. My quality of life has improved dramatically since I’ve been under her care. Any PCP can prescribe antidepressants as a first step. The reality is you need a psychiatrist to diagnose and medicate. I was on the wrong meds for years. Thank God for Dr. Trivedi!

I have been going to Dr. Trivedi for over 10 years and I cannot say enough amazing things about her and the office staff. I have always received very friendly, helpful and prompt service from the office staff and Dr. Trivedi is amazing at meeting your needs and assisting with your mental health. She will always meet you where you are at, take your recommendations in mind when making medication decisions for yourself, and is personable at each visit. I sincerely appreciate all of her assistance with my difficult needs and won’t go anywhere else (I am a cash paying patient whose insurance doesn’t cover my visits). It’s the best self care cash payment that I could do for myself! I highly recommend! Plus, there are a multitude of services available at her office. Her office is a one stop shop like a salon with waxing, massage, nails, sauna and the whole works….but for your mental health!

Dr Trivedi is a very kind and gentle doctor. I’m a very anxious person and she made it easy it approach her with the anxiety and depression issues I’ve been having. She is very proactive in administering care by prescribing medications as well as providing the TMS and Spravato services. I’ve met the office staff many times throughout my Spravato and TMS treatments and they were nothing but kind. They were also very supportive with any issues I was having regarding having to reschedule appointments, and did so without any judgement or disappointment. Human Touch is a great place to go if you have struggled with anxiety and depression for too long and want a chance to finally feel some relief.
