Terrible doctors, they do NOT care about the patients. Doctor Akres was my girlfriends doctor and he was being pushy and rude basically the whole time. I KNOW its christmas eve but they have been trying to push everyone out the door, i heard the doctor and another nurse talking about how they were trying to force people out faster so they can go home and theyre only worried about a check. DONT GO TO THIS CLINIC OR ANY DOCTORS IN HUTCH FOR THAT MATTER. Go to wichita or newton

The Billing Department don’t answer their phone an also they don’t send out monthly statements.

I visited the Hutch Clinic and had an appointment with Dr. Kalra. I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. I live about an hour away, and I did blood work for an allergy test over 2 months ago. I was told I’d get my results within two weeks, but I was never contacted. I called during week 2 and was then told it actually takes 2–3 weeks. Still no call. I’ve called multiple times during business hours, and every time I’m told the staff isn’t available or that Dr. Kalra is unavailable to give me my results. What I have received, however, are multiple reminders to pay my bill, which is a whopping $500, even though I still haven’t received the results I paid for. Why should I be expected to pay when I haven’t even been given the service I came for?

Writing as a warning to others. Watch your billing like a HAWK at this place. My wife went in THREE times for a Xolair prescription. After which we started fulfilling the prescription through the company the makes the shot. Hutch Clinic continued tacking on charges for MONTHS without contacting us. To the tune of $6,000! We called them to clear it up, they ADMITED FAULT, and resolved the issue. What's our reward? I guess they resolved it by sending it to COLLECTIONS!?!? While the doctors at this clinic are great, the billing department is shady and incompentent. They admited fault again when we called, tried to tell us it wasn't then, weird because the collections notice has their name ALL OVER IT. And rather than helping resolve the issue they said "oh well you should take care of that yourself". Just watch yourself if you get referred here because they will try shady things to grab some extra cash.

I'm not currently on insurance and was told that they would have to check with my Dr to see if he could still see me since I wasn't able to pay the cash price for my sick call at time of check in. My doctor came and got me from the waiting room himself, and decided to do a no charge appt. I've never been more thankful for this, as I am going through a very financially difficult time. I could not recommend Dr. Schlotterback more! He is a fantastic physician!

Had a septoplasty done where due to a deviated septum. The process seemed like it went smoothly since I was able to breathe better after it had been done. But once swelling had gone done, I noticed that my nose was all crooked and bent to the left side. Now I’m having to consider getting work done to get my nose straightened out and fix what was done to my nose. If you’re considering a septoplasty don’t get it done here unless you want a messed up nose.

I cannot speak highly enough of the team at this clinic. When I discovered a concerning lump in my breast, they got me in for an appointment THE SAME DAY - something that gave me incredible peace of mind during a very anxious time. Not only did they see me immediately, but they were also able to arrange imaging on the same day, which eliminated the stress of waiting and wondering. Every staff member I encountered was compassionate, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. The communication between providers was seamless, and I felt truly cared for throughout the entire process. The level of professionalism and clinical expertise was outstanding. While I know the contact center can sometimes be busy and overwhelmed, when you actually need urgent care, this team delivers at the highest level. Their ability to prioritize urgent concerns and coordinate same-day services is remarkable. I would recommend this clinic without hesitation to anyone seeking quality healthcare. I’ve also seen Dr. Voorman’s ENT office when I had a throat issue, and they were equally exceptional. The same high standards of care, professionalism, and patient-centered approach were evident throughout that experience as well.
