I want to share how much I appreciate the care and support I received from I Am Boundless. From the moment I walked in I felt truly seen and respected. Everyone I interacted with took time to listen and understand what I needed without making me feel rushed or unheard. Their approach feels deeply personal and really focused on the whole person not just one part of a situation. I was impressed by the range of support and how easy it was to connect with the right people who actually helped me move forward. It’s rare to find a place where compassion and real skill come together so naturally. I’m grateful for the experience and would recommend them to anyone looking for thoughtful support and services.
My son enjoys his dental sensory therapy so much it has helped him tremendously what is fear of the dentist and being able to follow dental instructions is specific therapist is awesome I will leave names out just because of privacy however my son adores him completely and totally My son also receives speech therapy and has been with I am boundless since he was 4 he is about to turn 10 and has made so much improvement I mean leaps and bounds. The whole entire building and all their staff 100% geared toward people with sensory issues autism and multiple other barriers this company does so much good for our children youth and adults
My son has been in skill building in the Dental setting at Boundless for about a year. Timothy is very patient and caring. He takes time to answer questions. I highly recommend boundless.
I have been coming here for a a few years now and it has been a great experience. I see my psychiatrist and a counselor through boundless and I am able to do most of my appointments through telehealth which is very convenient since I dont live close to the office. My providers have always been super kind and helpful. They ask lots of questions and don't make the appointment feel rushed. Also the front desk staff is always super friendly and helpful, and anytime I have to call in and reschedule an appointment or do anything over the phone, they are super kind and helpful. I really appreciate everyone who has helped me take care of my mental health over the past few years!
had an absolutely wonderful experience with I Am Boundless! As a caregiver for my child with autism, finding a place that truly understands and supports developmental needs can be tough, but Boundless went way beyond what I expected. Their after-school program was a total game changer. My kid loved the art and outdoor activities that helped build confidence and emotional skills in such a fun, engaging way. The staff are super compassionate, professional, and really focused on the person, making us feel like part of the family right from the start. Plus, their sensory-friendly primary care services made routine check-ups totally stress-free. I highly recommend this organization to anyone looking for empowering support with I/DD or behavioral health challenges. Thanks so much Boundless for helping everyone realize their full potential.
Staff just make up timelines. They don't even have a call queue so most of the time you're trying to reach someone to schedule something, you get a voicemail. I was told I'd be contacted within a week or two to start scheduling for psych and therapy. I call after three weeks and they say they'll call me when they're ready to schedule. They call the next day and say the provider doesn't do Telehealth at all. I explain I live over 100 miles away and that I explained this in my intake... crickets. This place reeks of inefficiently, mal intent, and I'm sure they have ridiculously high turnover with how they operate.
I have been taking my autistic daughter to I Am Boundless for about a year now, and it's really turned things around for us. They got to know her right away, figuring out her issues with bright lights and noise, and what she enjoys like puzzles and quiet time. The therapies like ABA and speech are customized for her, building her talking skills and helping with everyday stuff on her own. The staff feels like family, cheering her progress like new sentences or handling busier spots, and sticking by us on bad days. The cozy, dim spaces have cut her meltdowns way down, and her confidence keeps growing. It takes a load off me knowing she's understood there, and they give our family home tips too. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for solid autism support; they've been a real lifeline.
Staff uses profanity around the kids. My son reported that one of the staff was making fun of his hair. (My son reported)Two of the staff got in a fists fight with each other. Also my 11 year old son reported that another kid 17 years old pulled his seat from beneath him causing my son to fall in injure himself. One staff members witnessed this and said, "that's what you get."
My school got annoying and tantrum students and the loud student draw cats. Watch scratch, ugh, and the tantrum one is watching sprunki, and being the worst student in my school
