Finding the right words to express the significance of Stef's presence in my life is no easy task. I feel incredibly fortunate to have crossed paths with her through our workout group. From the very beginning, she has been an unwavering pillar of support, offering assistance and guidance in various aspects of my life. Stef's impact has been profound, as she has provided invaluable help across a wide spectrum of challenges. One of Stef's most commendable qualities is her exceptional ability to listen. Whenever I share my thoughts and concerns with her, she genuinely hears me out and understands my emotions without judgment. Her honesty is refreshing, and I can always count on her to give straightforward advice, which I deeply appreciate. Beyond being a dependable confidante, Stef goes the extra mile by empowering me with the tools needed to navigate through my struggles independently. Her guidance is not just a temporary fix but equips me with the skills and resilience to tackle future obstacles. Stef is the kind of therapist and coach you go to when you're serious about changing your life. Her no BS approach will hold you accountable to your own growth and healing. She does a terrific job at creating a safe and intimate space for her clients to be vulnerable and I have fully trusted her to walk me through some of the most challenging phases of life. I highly recommend Stef and refer people to her all the time.

It’s never been my experience that life is easy, however, since working with Stef, I find the experiences that come with life to be manageable and easier to find joy somewhere in the experience. Originally, I went through the master class with Stef and then eventually signed up for 1 on 1 mentoring. I have come so far and I give credit to Stef and her techniques/trainings credit for giving me the tools! The only downfall is I wish I could work with her more often! Keep up the good work, Stef! I first "met" Stef in our online workout community. I was immediately drawn to her no BS approach to our workouts and life in general. Recently that same group has included "gang guidance" - weekly group sessions where Stef presents a topic and allows us to share in a safe space. What I love most is that Stef is willing to share her real life experiences about the topics we are discussing and you never feel judged. Stef gives you insight into your thoughts and behaviors and the tools you need to change them. She makes you think AND makes you laugh which is something I think is so important in a therapist.

Stef has taught me so much in our group guidance sessions! There is so much positive energy, and one of the safest places I’ve felt to share myself in. Stef has helped me change my mindset, get in tune with myself, and have a better set of communication skills. So much good has come from working with Stef. When you put in the work with her you get the results!
