Nice place and the workers are helpful and very nice.
We have been part of the Healthy Families program with ICAN since my daughter was born in November 2021. She is now 16 months old and we looked forward to seeing Becky for every single meeting. We just moved out of the area and this is the one thing we are going to miss the most. She always made sure we understood what milestones were being reached, she helped me apply for WIC when we needed it, and she helped us look into things like mental health resources, dentists, employment opportunities, and so much more. She was very encouraging and friendly, and we are sad to have to say goodbye! My daughter always loved her visits and we want to say a huge thank you to ICAN, Healthy Families, and most importantly, Becky from the bottoms of our hearts!
Pro:Katie was helpful Cons: but when considering everything else, I would not recommend. Often times I left there feeling just terrible smh🙇🙅🏻♂️😪
Everyone is very nice. They have helped my daughter so much. I have noticed a tremendous change for the better in her.
Horrible case manager didn’t complete anything that she start, only to discharge my son because she couldn’t be bothered with. Now I’m left to clean up her mess. I will never recommend them to anyone.
While the name changed (it used to be Kids Oneida), this organization continues its excellence. It’s a great mission - helping our most vulnerable youth - with a truly wonderful and professional staff.
