Updating: as mentioned their ceo is the anchor of the anchor of this organisation and she explained everything that’s been happening and we are now excited to start services soon. Heard good things about them and their ceo sounded a very empathetic lady.. Went for assessment in September and never received any assessment report …tried to e-mailing and calling, didn’t work. Their staff who pick up call was clueless and hanged the call while still talking….very disappointing.
Our experience with Intervention Center for Autism Needs has been absolutely amazing! From the very beginning, the staff has shown genuine care, professionalism, and dedication to helping each child reach their full potential. My daughter has been thriving since starting services here — her communication, confidence, and daily living skills have all improved so much. The therapists are patient, creative, and truly understand how to connect with children. They celebrate every small victory and make each session fun and engaging. What I appreciate most is how the team keeps me involved and updated every step of the way. They truly go above and beyond to support not only the child but the entire family. I’m incredibly grateful for everything they’ve done for my daughter. I highly recommend Intervention Center for Autism Needs to any family looking for a place that truly cares and delivers results.
My daughter has been receiving therapy from ICAN for over a year now. We thoroughly appreciate our experience with the ICAN team; they're accommodating and compassionate. My daughter has formed a deep bond with them that goes beyond mere goal-setting. I'm delighted to see that they've expanded their office to serve more families. I've come across some negative reviews (you can ignore that) about ICAN and read their response. My advice to family would be to avoid letting anger hinder their child's development. Let's always prioritize the happiness of our children.

Our journey with ICAN started in 2018. It’s an absolute joy to see my son growing with the professional support from ICAN over the years. He has met several therapists and I have nothing to say but praise to all of them. I can see how much my son trusts them and enjoys their company. The clinic provides in-person ABA sessions throughout the pandemic, which is such a benefit for our family. In addition, ICAN always responds to my request in a timely manner. There’s no trouble at all when it comes to schedule adjustment. They can even send therapists to school to assist my son when he’s having a hard time there. The founder of ICAN is fully committed to supporting the autism society and I trust her. I highly recommend ICAN to any family in need of ABA services.
