Do Not bring your loved ones here. They do not answer phone calls or return messages. . Everything is a facade. Real help is not given. Broken promises ,unprofessional behavior and management does not follow through on communication when you have a valid concern. Still waiting on that phone call from management . Had to get lawyer involved to get stuff back. Highly dissatisfied and disappointed and believe me they fooled me at first.

The staff is incredibly kind and caring. They are compassionate with everyone's individual experiences that brought them to a place for help. There is no other program like this in Boise, based on my decade of experience in the valley seeking services for my child. For the 1st time, she completed an entire program!!
