Idaho Pediatric Therapy Clinic

I’d give zero stars if I could. We attended one therapy appointment for my daughter before our therapist Hannah went on vacation for two weeks. While she was on vacation she put in her resignation and they said it could take months to hire someone new. I called and asked to speak to the manager, and the receptionist said she would relay the message and have her call me at her earliest convenience. It’s now been over a week, no return call and I have left 3 voicemails for them to call me back and no one is responding/returning my calls. Horrible customer service!

We love Sam at this clinic! Our 8 year old started having deep hip pain so we came to try and work on it before having to do x-rays or anything invasive. At our first appointment, Sam did some exercises to see how the hip was doing and pinpointed what she thought the problem might me. Within a week of doing home exercises, our daughter’s hip was feeling much better. We ended up going for about 4 months once a week and eventually every 2-3 weeks and her hip is much much better. Highly recommend!

I have been coming to IPTC for a while with 2 kiddos with separate issues and the therapy offered as well as the therapists are above amazing! The therapists are experts and knowledgeable and very well educated in their fields. I am very happy with the results I am seeing in my children at therapy and at home! It has made a tremendous difference in our lives and has helped with all aspects of their lives (feeding, sensory, emotional and physically and socially) IPTC are amazing!

Was good first time here

Such a wonderful clinic. My son has been going here for over a year. Rachel has helped him so much since we started. Update as of October 2023 I no longer recommend them at all. They have great therapists but their front staff need work. It could have improved since we left about a year ago but we were pretty much forced out. I asked multiple times and multiple different staff members in the front to put my son on a 4pm appointment wait list over a year. They never did. Then I was made aware it was open but they gave it to a new client instead. I asked about it and they never put him on the wait list. We had already cancelled our other appointment time so it felt like they pushed us out. We then got a huge bill where they claimed we never paid our co pays when I set up the automatic bill pay years before. They stated because I didn’t physically hand them a card then they added late fees for every appointment. I was furious. My son loved his therapist there. He still talks about her even though she has left now too. It always kinda felt like he was pushed out or cast aside though. They would continually try and hand him off to new therapists and not even tell us. My son has autism. At the time they thought it was just sensory so this change caused lots of tears and breakdowns. It is also set up like an assembly line where you are in and out at the top of the hour. Very little time to discuss what happened during the week and what the therapist recommends. I hope it has improved and management and how they run things has improved so others don’t have the experience we did.

My experience with this clinic was great. My son is autistic and gets rambunctious in new exciting areas. I was trying to fill out the paperwork but my son was so busy thatI had a hard time keeping him calm. The employees took the time to help me with him and tried to entertain him. They were very kind and understanding. It felt really nice. His therapist, Courtney is also kind, patient and good about explaining her goals for my son. Very happy with this location.
