Over charged me for a "battery replacement" for $209. Checked the phone and it was never replaced. 93% battery life, 400+ cycles. Same battery I had before. I confronted him in person and his justification is that he gave me a $1 fake silicone case for free. Refused to refund me. Also has the audacity to beg for Google reviews. Also sells fake AirPods in the store. Do not recommend at all.
