I cannot say enough amazing things about this place in particular Kristina and Caleb. Caleb is the absolute best, he is so patient and kind. My son has the best relationship with Caleb. My Autistic child has grown leaps and bounds since he started working with Caleb, he went from nonverbal to speaking and becoming more independent with ADL’s.

If I could give them a ZERO, I would. I requested and was told my son would receive home-based therapy due to his ASD/Anxiety diagnosis. (He has anxiety with riding in the car) I shared with them my difficulties with finding adequate care and the need to get my son connected due to a late diagnosis. After a few months; my son was dropped from care due to an internal administrative error and has never received adequate in-home care again. EVERY skill he gained, he lost! He was without care for 5 MONTHS, only to be shuffled through their staff and then dropped again. They are inconsistent, unreliable and unethical - a previous tech made me aware that the staff lied and said the placement issues were on my end - though I have emails that prove the opposite. I contacted Corporate to no avail. I don't usually leave reviews, but I don't want anyone else wasting their time or being subjected to the things my son and my family have. Children with special needs and their families deserve so much more than what this place offers. PLEASE NOTE: At least one staff member left a 5-Star review for this company, that too seems disingenuous. This space should be for those who have actual experience and are - forasmuch as we can be without bias. Do better Illuminate.

Costumer service was amazing, they are responsive and tentative to your needs and concerns . Would highly recommend.

I was told that this was home-based therapy. They came out did an assessment and then told me that there was nobody to do home-based therapy that it was in office. After I specifically stated that I only wanted home-based therapy they told me that I would be placed on a waiting list then come to find out no such waiting list even exists.
