Improved Dynamics ABA

I reached out to Improved Dynamics ABA to understand their intake process. After waiting for a response, I followed up to clarify details. While someone did reply, the information remained unclear, so I paused.

0 star-----This therapy center appears to be very money-oriented. We waited nearly three months just to get therapy started for our child. When it finally began, the assigned therapist was highly unprofessional and seemed to lack even basic knowledge required for the therapy. The therapist left within three weeks, with a one-week vacation in between, which caused major disruption. After that, there was no proper follow-up or replacement. Communication from the center was extremely poor. The management is very unprofessional and rude. They do not respond to questions or follow-ups, which is especially frustrating when you are seeking care for your child. Concerns are consistently ignored. From our experience, most of their therapists seem very new and insufficiently trained, and sessions felt like time was simply being passed without meaningful progress. I strongly do not recommend this center. Please consider other options for your child’s care. ++++++++RESPONSE to Owner's below message so that READERS understand the facts++++++ 1. Regarding my wife’s follow-ups, we do not believe that following up constitutes harassment or aggressiveness. When our emails go unanswered for up to One or two weeks, it is reasonable for us to continue following up, and there is room for improvement in communication on your end. 1.1 Labeling our concerns as “unrealistic expectations” is unfair and dismissive. Expecting consistent therapy, honest communication, and professionalism for a child is not unrealistic, it is the bare minimum. 2. Regarding the timeline, we initially contacted your office in the first week of June, and it is now the last week of December. Despite this extended period, therapy was not initiated. 3. Regarding the social skills group from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, our intention was never to withdraw our child due to the presence of male staff. We were fully aware that a senior female staff member was also present (and I do not feel it is appropriate to mention names here). Our concern at the time was that we did not observe any other children present, whereas our primary goal for enrolling was to help our child socialize with peers. Once we were informed that two other children would be participating and that group activities would take place, we felt it would be beneficial and therefore kept our daughter enrolled in the social skills class.

I love this center and all the RBT that work there are very helpful, give great feedback, tools, are involved with my sons IEP as well and big advocate and part of my son success in a short period of time. I love that my son looks forward to each session

We just started BCBA therapy for my daughter, and even in two weeks her preschool and elementary teachers have noticed improvements. The therapist is consistent, timely, and supportive with school transitions. We're still working through some challenges at home, but overall I'm grateful for the service and hopeful for continued progress.

If you are new and you are the type of person agree with everything this is the right agency for you but if you like quality and the best customer service “this is not for you or your kids”! once you become a regular client they stop caring about you or your kids needs. The therapists are extremely kind and dedicated to their work, but the administration and supervisors are extremely inconsiderate. They don’t take in consideration anything you say and make you feel uncomfortable and unwelcome at the point we have to leave. They will lie frequently and treat you like you are not paying for the services. It’s so sad; this company started small and offered a lot to their clients, but once they grew they stopped valuing their clients.

We have been with this practice for almost two years now. And we have nothing to say but they are amazing group of people who cares about the well being and development of the kids. We are so happy to see the improvement with my son following one step directions and learning more skills. He mastered potty training as well here. Our therapist Vanessa is one of the best! Most patient and just doing her job with dignity! We have also been working Barbara Lydell BCBA and she's absolutely one of the best out there! Her expertise in this field is phenomenal! Highly recommended to bring your kids here, they will learn ALOT. Thank you Improved Dynamics!
