In STEPPS

Absolutely amazing! It changed the game for my 9yo, he was a client for 6 years and after a lot of great PRT/ABA is a very high functioning child with ASD, full of friends, empathy and joy. My 2yo was recently diagnosed and no brainer Instepps is also the ABA company I hired for him. Happy to have this amazing company in our lives again.

My family was fortunate to have found Instepps in my son's early years. Their approach with natural ABA is what I knew my son needed. And the many therapists and supervisors were there to help him a long way. We even had him in social group sessions that he loved and Saturday camps was a blessing. I have nothing bad to say about their services. But do keep in mind that not every therapist will have that connection with the child. The 3 years we were with Instepps we went thru a good amount of therapist, some good some ok. Just communicate with and they'll work with you as they did with me. Nancy was the best!!!! Even thru financial hardship during the pandemic, they were understanding and helpful. Hopefully we will move back to southern California and start my son back at Instepps.

Therapists come and go so fast, it’s not even funny. Low employee retention. Some therapists act like they don’t care and will just sit there with your child and be on their phones. Different people every month. I asked the Regional Center to assign us elsewhere.

This agency is unprofessional, (to say the least). Sadly, the BCBA assigned to “help” our family was cold and elitist and the agency’s owner doesn’t care.
