I would not recommend this ABA agency to anyone. It is clear that they only care about making a profit, not about the well-being of the children or families they serve. Communication is poor, staff turnover is high, and any concerns you bring up are brushed aside as long as they keep billing. It feels like they see clients as numbers, not people. No recomiendo para nada esta agencia de ABA. Es evidente que solo les importa ganar dinero y no el bienestar de los niños ni de las familias que atienden. La comunicación es pésima, el personal cambia constantemente, y cualquier preocupación que tengas la ignoran mientras puedan seguir cobrando. Parece que ven a los clientes como números, no como personas.
