My grandson was in in bloom for a little over a year since they first open . He was there first student . one day my daughter comes to pick up her son and noticed a big black eye on his eye . She immediately wanted answers . No one from in bloom call her to give her the update on this . They waited for her to arrive to see her son in this condition to then say hey so this what happened. Apparently , so they claim he was on a table and fell off hurt his eye . 1- if so why they didn’t call his mom and inform her that her child fell and hurt his eye. 2- that eye looked really bad like he got punched on his eye . Didn’t look like he fell . So , a meeting was held with mom to discuss this situation. So he fell and there sorry no one reach out to mom. Total BS ! They wanted to keep this situation as quiet as possible, that way they don’t lose students . I told my daughter remove my grandson from that school. She kept him at the school with the condition that if he gets even a scratch she will remove her son . Well guess what! Few months later he gets hurt on his arm a few bruises. She then removes her son from in bloom . Parents who have children in bloom keep a close eye on your child . I don’t recommend this school to no one . If your child is in school and your child gets hurt and they not calling you to inform you and your child is in school all day hurt and no one calls you to inform you that your child got hurt , wait for your arrival for you to see your child in the condition with a black eye and inside of the eye red . That’s a huge red flag ! I rate this in bloom a zero , they should close them down .

Extremely inconsistent services, constant switches of BT’s with no communication, high call out frequency , & unreasonable expectations of the parents.

Unprofessional, staffing is horrible, all good staff they did have, has quit. Pulled my sons primary RBT to be with another client, leaving him with a 3 week lapse in services. 10/10 don't recommend!!!

When I first started researching for an ABA therapist, I wanted my son to be with an ABA company where therapists not only provided a great level of consistency but would also be dedicated to my child as I am to him. I felt that with Inbloom (Location: Hamden, Connecticut) it provided those qualities in order for my son to show progress in such a short period of time. Before entering Kindergarten of Fall 2021, my son spent the summer at a Inbloom location here in Connecticut 5 days a week and it is undeniable in how much change I've seen (as well as my family) in my son in such a short period of time. My son vocalizes a lot more, shows independence, follows directions, etc. Inbloom just has a special way of turning disabilities into abilities. The staff is very friendly and will fight with you in making sure your children(child) are receiving the best treatment plan as possible. I, for one, am grateful for what Inbloom has done overall for my son.

My daughter started a little less than a year ago and I must say that the change in her has been remarkable. The staff are so understanding, kind, and extremely supportive. You can tell they truly care about what they do and the children there. My daughter couldn’t even speak prior to her starting at InBloom and now she can say some words, point things out, and people’s names. I always recommend InBloom! Thank you!

We have been taking our toddler to Inbloom for the last few months and I could not be happier with our decision to enroll her. We have seen incredible strides in our child's progress and shes learning more and more each day. The staff is outstanding with their communication, daily updates, and documenting of all our childs activities. On top of that the staff at Inbloom is so personable and polite that we're happy to greet them every drop off and pick up. Could not recommend any higher, this is a fantastic place for your kiddos!

InBloom Autism Services (Hamden location) has made such a difference in my son’s development. His educational skill set has increased, along with his social skills. We have seen major improvements since my son has enrolled in the program. The staff are very dedicated to the kids, supportive of parents and consistently works as a team! I highly recommend InBloom Autism Services to any parent or child in need.
