I know I will never be able to say enough about Ivy Rose, the owner and Occupational Therapist for Independent Living Therapy Services. I fortunately found her by chance when my Rheumatologist recommended I see an OT for the hand pain I had from arthritis. When I first saw Ivy Rose she listened to my symptoms, looked at my hands and explained using skeletal models what was causing my pain and difficulty to carry out everyday tasks. Without getting into great detail, each week Ivy Rose worked on my hands, gave me easy exercises to loosen tight areas and strengthen my hands. The overall result was freedom from pain, more flexibility in my joints and reeducating myself in how to perform daily tasks to support my therapy. I have had Physical Therapy in the past and NEVER received the one on one care that Ivy Rose gave me throughout my therapy. She is very professional yet so personal. She truly loves what she does and it shows in how she takes interest in creating a specific program for your specific needs. She is extremely knowledgeable and more importantly knows how to apply her knowledge to suit your needs. Her expertise demonstrates her commitment to her trade and inspires and motivates you to follow through on doing the exercises to help you. I finished my therapy and no longer wake up at night from hand pain. My joints are more flexible and my hands have better color and circulation. I owe not only a better quality of life for the therapy Ivy Rose provided for me but also the example of true humanity that she exhibits. You will not find a more genuinely caring, kind, insightful and adorable professional than Ivy Rose in my opinion.

Ms. Gonzales helped me tremendously with my hand pain and her treatments have allowed me to increase my guitar playing time by 2X with significantly less pain. I highly recommend ILTS!

Coming coming up on a three year anniversary of experiencing a stroke event, and the subsequent therapies they go with the recovery, I have met very many talented, dedicated people along my path. Working with Ivy Rose 🌹 was the best thing i have done for my treatment plan! I have moderate to severe rheumatoid arthritis. The therapy i have received has improved my hand/wrist/fingers rom a 100%! Plus i understand how my condition works now. The exercise s and techniques i have learned, i have easily been able to continue to use on my own!
