I can’t say enough good things about this place, Infinite Therapy Solutions, Bayonne, NJ. My oldest granddaughter, five years-old at the time, had therapy sessions for about a year at the Bayonne location. She had a deficiency in forming words and speaking in coherent sentences. Within a couple of months she was speaking coherently and within a year she was writing and speaking in complete sentences. At present, her younger brother also has the same problem and is currently having therapy sessions. I can see the vast improvements and the progress he is making with his speech. The therapists that I have spoken with after their sessions are experienced, knowledgeable and know what they are doing. Maria, the secretary, is phenomenal. She will try to get you the best scheduling based on availability and work with your insurance company to get whatever coverage you are entitled to. And she promptly addresses any issues you may have. If you are thinking of signing up your child for speech therapy, I would highly recommend this place! Retired teacher/Grandma

10. 2025 Fully booked so don’t even bother calling, RBT’s?

We’ve had a mixed experience with ITS. The therapists themselves, were excellent, skilled, warm, and dedicated to our child’s progress. However, the clinic’s policies have been disappointing. We were charged punitive cancelation fees when our son, had meltdowns and couldn't attend session, or was sick, and unable to attend. There have also been many staffing changes, which disrupted continuity of care. At one point, we were even advised to medicate him and bring him in after an allergic reaction, guidance that put policy ahead of his wellbeing. In short, while the individual therapists were wonderful, the practice’s policies too often prioritized profit over client care.

Always a wonderful experience with ITS. The staff is warm, professional and truly dedicated to helping kids feel supported. The environment is calm and welcoming. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for effective care. And special thanks to Maria for always answering my questions and concerns.

Two of my children receive therapies here. The staff is always so pleasant and cheerful when we come in. Maria, the office manager is a pleasure to work with and answers all my questions without delay. I’m very happy we chose to receive services here

First thing first when you first walk in so welcoming and clean and once you start meeting the staff they are ALL AMAZING! My son has been attending since August so 2024 and when I tell you he has improved so so so so much I’m so Happy that I chose them seriously! They are all so patient and they are here for our children with the way they work with them it shows. If you are looking for you child to progress this is the place for you. DO not hesitate.

I am so pleased with our experience at Infinite Therapy Solutions. My daughter was assessed by Early Intervention last year to have speech delay just before turning 2.. we would have loved the state do speech therapy but they only offered Online speech therapy, this is why we seeked for an in-person one here in Bayonne. A fellow mom had recommended ITS, and we were so lucky to have been assigned to Brianna. She is just so friendly and so good with kids, you can tell because my daughter gets anxious around other people, but warmed up to Brianna easily. She had done her own assessment and helped my daughter talk more each week, and had suggested some helpful tips to do at home with my daughter as we only do the therapy once a week.. My daughter is even excited to see her each week and I’ve seen her progress in less time as I’ve expected. That is why today, I am just so happy as my dear little girl graduated from Speech Therapy.. Thank you to everyone at ITS especially to Brianna!!!
