My child has grown so much since starting services, and it’s been amazing to watch their confidence bloom. The therapists always keep me informed and make sure we’re part of the process. We had been on a waitlist with another agency for over a year. We kept waiting and calling, hoping to finally get started, and then out of nowhere they told us they didn’t take our daughter’s insurance anymore. No notice, no heads up, nothing. We were so lost and honestly just heartbroken. Then we found Infinity ABA, and it really was a shining light of hope for our family. Her therapists is amazing. The whole team cares so much and really take the time to get to know my daughter. In just a few months, she’s already more social, more responsive, and just happier overall. She’s starting to understand positive reinforcement and we’re seeing small wins every week. It just feels good to finally see progress. What I really love is that Infinity doesn’t just work with the kids. They include the parents too. They always keep me in the loop, they ask how I’m doing, and they make sure I feel supported. I am beyond grateful for Infinity ABA. From the very first interaction, I felt supported and heard. They actually answer the phone, they take their time to listen, and you can tell they truly care. Every time I called, I was met with kindness and patience. It never felt rushed. They always made me feel welcome, like my child truly mattered. When I was overwhelmed trying to gather all the documents for my child, they stepped in and helped in ways I didn’t even expect. They pointed me in the right direction and even helped me find places to get the documents done. They followed up with me, checked in to see how things were going, and once everything was ready, they moved quickly to upload everything. The only delay we had was from the insurance side, but Infinity was incredibly fast and responsive on their end. Our BCBA has been nothing short of amazing. She is sweet, warm, and incredibly knowledgeable. She didn’t just give me a behavior plan and walk away. She took the time to sit with me, explain everything in a way I could understand, and made sure I felt comfortable and confident. There was so much compassion in how she explained the process. It felt like I had a teammate, not just a provider. And our RBT, she is an absolute gem. My son has made so much progress since working with her. The connection they have built is beautiful to watch. She’s not only great at what she does, but you can see how much she cares. She’s patient, committed, and gives her all every single session.What really stands out about Infinity is how consistent and supportive they are, even after therapy starts. They call me every month to check in to ask how things are going, how I’m feeling, and whether there’s anything more they can do to support us. They always keep me updated on any insurance changes and explain what I need to do to stay on track. I’ve tried to get help from other places in the past, and honestly, the difference is night and day. The waitlists were long, the communication was poor, and I often felt like just another number. But with Infinity, I feel like I’m part of a team that actually cares about my child and our family. nI couldn’t recommend Infinity more. The care, dedication, and heart they bring to everything they do is something I haven’t found anywhere else. We are so thankful.
