I can not thank Innovation Behavior Services enough for the help they have provided my family. My daughter has suffered with her mental health her entire life. Multiple failed attempts with other specialists lead us to their office. When we first walked in we were greeted with a smile and compassion by Ms. Joy. She was very caring and showed patience with my daughter while she threw a fit while I was filling out paperwork. Once seen for our appointment my daughter showed them her worst side. They handled every moment with compassion and were gentle. I have been late to appointments due to my daughters melt downs and they worked with me and have even met with me at home instead of making me bring her to the office. We have witnessed a huge improvement in my daughter since starting at Innovation Behavior Services. I can not thank them enough. I highly recommend them!!

I have had dealings with this company for a year now and have always felt respected and like the staff cared about my feelings and concerns. The RBT and BCBA have taken the time to teach me different techniques to help my child learn and improve her behaviors. This is the worst company out there!! Please run for the hills! They are very unprofessional. Their center where they want to hold session is actually a dangerous environment. The have the thermostat set to 85’ and when asked to please turn the air on I was told the therapist are not allowed to touch the thermostat. I emailed the CEO about this issue and I was told she didnt like me voicing my opinion. (Try and stop me!) Their BCBA just wants to be right all the time. Meaning there is no way she can ever be wrong. I was told I missed sessions while my son was ill I told them he was contiguous why would I allow anyone near him. They counted that against is too. Your son or daughter is better off waiting on a years waiting list then to work with there people. The therapist was just out of college. No experience. This company is all about their money. they do not respect the parents or their feeling. They will not work with you. Rather against you. Again run for the hills!! You are been warned!

We voiced our concerns over our RBT’s attendance issue of frequent call offs and repetitive lateness and we were made to seem as if we were the problem. My words were manipulated and they dodged any issues of attendance or punctuality stating that these issues had not been brought to their attention prior. This was entirely untrue as they were made aware prior via a telephone call. I received an email twisting my words and stating things that were never said by me. This would include that being two minutes late or taking off for a death was unacceptable in my eyes. What was actually said was that if someone was going to be late to send a communication via text of being late to the parent awaiting your arrival rather than not communicating and showing up 10 or 30 minutes late without notification. No one can predict a death in the family but regular attendance is important. The truth of the matter is that out of about 5 weeks our RBT missed one session weekly for four weeks. Our prior BCBA quit and someone new was hired in her place. We hadn’t heard anything from the new BCBA and finally after about a month of no communication I call and voice my concerns about this and the RBT’s attendance. There was no communication that the new BCBA quit until after I had to called and was informed of this via telephone. This is poor communication as my child had no one to oversee what the RBT was doing for about a month. Finally after voicing my concerns we finally got a video conference of our child’s session with the director as she reported she could not do live sessions due to her schedule and lack of BCBA’s. My words were further twisted making it seem like I said the receptionist was rude when that was not what was said. The receptionist is actually very polite in every interaction I had with her. Her words were to me that it wasn’t the parents problem that RBT was late and couldn’t make it to work. If you use this company and have an issue immediately document it in writing to them via email as they twist phone conversations to their advantage. I never received one bill in about 4 months of service. Once I respond in writing to the manipulation of my words and situation we magically get 4 months of bills for 900.00 via email.

They lack communication, they quit on my family NOT once but TWICE!! because they stated my non-clinical demands they are not able to satisfy and they can't maintain effective treatment for my daughter!! Hello that's why I been calling and sending emails to you requesting communication.. Please your better off going elsewhere..They quit on me and my daughter When I first was referred there in October over miscommunication! That should have been my red flag to run instead of calling you they will send you an email saying your dismissed.Good luck dealing with them VERY SAD!! ALL my little girl wants to do is go to school.non-caring agency. I requested a face to face meeting to eliminate them thinking anything bad etc. 3 hours later I receive an email saying goodbye. I never felt liked by them.Your just a paycheck with this agency.If requesting a phone call to check on your ABA who got hurt and to see if their okay working with you is too demanding then they are in the wrong business.
