This establishment shows a concerning lack of regard for the well-being of children. My son, who has autism, was enrolled in their speech therapy program. Unfortunately, he developed an additional disability and was sent home from school on the same day he was scheduled for therapy. Despite having a documented history of his situation, the staff remained indifferent to our circumstances. Their rigid 24-hour cancellation policy does not accommodate the realities faced by parents of children with disabilities. When a child is sent home from school shortly before an appointment, it is impossible to adhere to such a requirement. Many children, like my son, face multiple challenges beyond intellectual disabilities. I strongly recommend seeking a provider that genuinely prioritizes the needs and understanding of children.

There has to be a better way of picking individuals up. Every morning and evening, there's a line that takes 30 minutes just to pick up and drop off individuals. Instead of letting everybody in and out at one time, have an hour's space for people to receive their individuals. 8:52-9:20 (27 minutes) should be drop-off time, not everybody just waiting to go in at 8:52. And 2 pm to 3 pm (1 hour) for pick-up, leaving space for caregivers to come get their individuals within that time frame. This lessens the confusion outside, long lines, and wasting of others' time. The long lines have to stop; please fix this matter! Thanks so much.

Her ability to combine professionalism with warmth made what could have been an overwhelming experience feel manageable and even reassuring. If you're looking for a psychologist who is not only knowledgeable but also genuinely invested in helping families navigate the diagnostic process, I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Huls. She made all the difference for us, and we are so grateful for her expertise and kindness.
