Went to two appointments due to a horrible motorcycle accident and got diagnosed with ptsd during both appointments by someone that only asked questions directly from a book. The therapist showed no emotions and gave off vibes of not wanting to be there with me. After giving my responses to the questions no follow up questions were asked or even questions about the accident. Didn't seem like they cared at all. Was asked to come in every week for the next few months. Decided to not go back for a third appointment due to what they showed in the first two times how it was going to go each time. Paid what they said I owed which is fine but now almost 9 months later I get another bill sent to me. They claim they tried reaching out for payment and even sent invoices in the mail but this is the first time getting any new bill. I was set up on automatic payments with them to avoid any of this. Seems like they just care about money and not the patient. One minute back on a motorcycle in a controlled environment did better for my ptsd than the two sessions with someone that didn't seem to care at all.
