Inspira Rehab Care and Kids Rehab Care Vineland

Two of my sons have been in physical therapy here and I recommend it to everyone. We love our physical therapist, Phani, and how she has worked with our kids. She is the absolute best. But also I’ve sat in the waiting room 2-4 times a week for the past 6 months and I’ve seen how each therapist works with the kids and interacts with the parents and it is a professional, friendly, compassionate environment.

Too many misunderstandings between the receptionists and their therapist to where my child was turned away last minute due to miscommunication issues after I had called to confirm in the morning and before I left during the day in the morning . And when you voice your concerns, it feels like that you are not heard and dismissed no one apologizes to the inconvenience or nothing is done. Please do better in the future.

So I came to this place , this morning on 1/13/25 and at first I was like yeah this place is good until I came there my appointment said 10 I can show photos and when I get there it was 10:06. I filled out paper work cause the lady at the front desk made it seem like we was still being seen. After filling out paperwork for 40 mins basically cause half the time they had us sitting there just to say my child couldnt be seen they have other patients. My child was a patient she constantly had excused to why we couldn’t be seen . First it was 30 mins and she needed a hour and then that turned into 20 mins she couldn’t do anything. This Indian docotor kept arguing with me and I had my child’s father with me and he could of went back while I was doing paper work. I came almost 35 mins away just for them to turn my child away and they all tried to team up against me when this Indian lady was talking very very disrespectful towards me. They could of took 30 mins. They had time but instead they was rude and pushed my child away. And kept referring to their other patients. She was very rude to the point I ask for his script back and she was still trying to argue with me.

it was terrible when I call today to appointments,if you forgot the time for appointments than they that you call every single day to make sure have the space to appointments , are you serious, you timer was valuable the people time have valuable too .never happened when we parent's forgot time can make reschedule appointments if go different places to appointments they can reschedule appointments do that . I don’t known why what’s happening. Also they only one doctor for speech therapy that’s ware , hospital only one doctor oh my god . They only have doctors that time we can appointment, we can’t chose we time . Every time I call choose different day they say not that spaces .

Receptionist were very rude not once but mutiple times . Along with therapist that were not inviting to my child or her needs with the therapy , just completely felt like they gave up on my child . Was not pleased with my experience at all , when complained to manager she completely disregarded my thoughts and sided with her staff ofcourse .
