My son started ABA therapy at Inspire Horizons earlier this year, and the results have been excellent. The therapists really take a compassionate, personalized approach that has made a steady difference for him. We’ve seen big improvements in his communication skills and how much he participates with our family. The staff are warm and approachable, and they keep us updated clearly on his progress. Overall, we’re really happy with the care and support we’ve received.
I started bringing my 5-year-old to this clinic back in March, and honestly the change has been noticeable. The therapists meet him on his level, use lots of play, and celebrate even the tiniest win, which keeps him motivated, and me to be honest. We’re already seeing more eye contact and fewer meltdowns at dinner, something that felt impossible six months ago. Overall, if you want compassionate care from professionals, this place is worth the drive.
I went for a tour of this aba therapy facility! It was clean and neat! Very kid friendly with plenty of toys!
Unfortunately there are several fake 5 star reviews for this Inspire Horizons, likely posted by staff, as several have only posted reviews for Inspire Horizons Phoenix and Tucson locations. For those considering bringing your child here for services, allow me to provide you with background and context on how this business thinks about its clients (i.e. your kids). Inspire Horizons acquired North Valley Pediatric Therapy (NVPT) at the end of 2023/early 2024. From all indications NVPT was a thriving business with multiple locations in the valley and a very busy office prior to being acquired. A noticeable shift happened after the acquisition as there was a change in the attitude of the staff. Noticeable staffing changes started happening with staff quitting. Four speech therapists left, all at the same time, around September 2024, one of which was my son’s therapist. When I asked her what was leaving she grinned, then said she could only speak for herself as she was moving out of the country to be with her fiancée. The grin spoke volumes that something was going on. As time went by we saw more and more staffing changes started happening including the termination of front office staff. On April 5th, 2025 a text message went out to anyone receiving Speech or Occupational services that they were no longer providing services as of April 4th. As you know these services can be difficult to line up oftentimes requiring to be on a wait list to receive services. They left lots of families in a horrible position by immediately cutting off needed services with no notice. Speaking for myself It took a few months before we could find another speech therapist. Other families that I spoke with also struggled to find therapy services timely. If Inspire Horizons management had remotely cared about the kids they would have provided a formal heads up to make the transition as smooth as possible, but they didn’t. Shortly after that they put up all new signage on the building and removed anything that had NVPT on it. If the reviews are still available you may want to pop over to NVPT to see what the the other parents, and some of the therapists, had to say about the entire Inspire Horizons transition process. Again, I just want to give you full context on who these people are and what they stand for.
I just wanted to take the time to thank inspire horizon for everything they've done. Not only for my son but for his grandmother and I as well. They have truly changed our lives with what they have done with my son. they helped me potty trained him. I could not have done that without them. He is much better with his coping skills and behavioral issues. He's so smart and they work along side each other to help him strengthen his abilities. He has come so far with his writing and remember skills. Everyone at this facility has become family to us. We have been there for a year now and absolutely love everyone. They treat ever child special and equal. They work differently with each child according. They love each kid like they are their own. Every child goes in there happy and leaves happier. There has been some up and downs of course due to all the changes that has happened but they really have come a long way and deserve the chance to show their hard work they've done to become a hard working fun loving facility. Thank you to everyone who has show love and grace to both my son and I. We love y'all so very much and will miss y'all when it's time for us to move forward.
Inspire is the best!
I really love this clinic, the therapists are outstanding and care a lot about the kids!! The facility is very big, beautiful, and clean! My kiddo loves being there and he's made a ton of progress most importantly!!! I highly recommend it here if you are seeking ABA services.
