Dr Tran is attentive, understanding and very supportive. I came to her in distress and she has really helped me overcome those initial grievances and so much more. She has taken the time to listen and understand and give constructive advice and support.
Dr. Tran made our daughter feel very comfortable from the first time she meet him. He made our experience wonderful. We k ow now what is wrong with our little angel and how we can help her because of it. Dr. Tran thank you so much. By the way the staff we dealt with was also very awesome.
They need someone who understands office/secretarial work. The office staff are all over the place and full of constant excuses 😬 I gave a 2 star because I do like Dr. Tran.
Came here a few months back after needing some serious help, the receptionist was hesitant and seemed like I was annoying her more than anything else. I just got negative vibes from her...I ended up cancelling my appointment and going somewhere else. If the receptionist isn't very helpful or caring to someone in a bad mental state how are the doctors?
