We've been with Inspire Speech and Feeding since November of 2021. We are so grateful for all of the therapists that we have had the pleasure of working with and continue working with. My son enjoys coming to therapy and getting to work with Ms. Karsen and Ms. Bridgett. We've recently been in close contact with Patrick, who handles the billing and insurance side of things to move from private pay to reimbursement through Medicaid and he's been very responsive, easy to work with, and a positive experience overall.

We began coming to Inspire with Haleigh for my son having difficulty eating, she was able to work with him and pinpoint some issues that we have since been able to resolve! She is professional, caring, detail-oriented, and is AMAZING with our son. I could not recommend Haleigh more! She is the best!

Whether it be speech, feeding, or OT… this place and their staff are absolutely phenomenal! I have two Irish twins that see Karsen for Occupational Therapy and they both absolutely ADORE her! To the point where they will fight if one gets to see her on a given day but the other doesn’t lol. They previously saw Angela for Speech before she moved on to another practice and she was wonderful as well. Karsen is incredibly professional, caring and especially patient. I can’t say enough great things about her and this practice. I highly recommend, you will be in great hands.

I owe a lot to Inspire Speech & Feeding. At Megan’s recommendation we were referred to a GI doctor that took our complaints seriously and finally investigated my daughter’s feeding/GI complaints. This led us to a geneticist and finally gave us answers after being brushed off. Although our initial referral was for feeding therapy, we left the consultation with a plan in place for GI and occupational therapy at Inspire with Chelsea. My daughter worked with Chelsea from 5.5 months until 14 months when it was decided the best thing would be transferring to Physical Therapy. Unfortunately that meant our time at Inspire had come to an end but I still consider our referral and time spent at Inspire to be some of the most impactful moments in my daughter’s early days. Additionally, I met Joy before her affiliation with Inspire and trust her with any pediatric and breastfeeding advice she offers, as both a nurse and LC. The only way Inspire could be better is if they offered PT in addition to OT/SL/Feeding services. However, that doesn’t negate the value in the services already offered.

I began working with Joy before my first child was due to gain as much knowledge as possible before starting my breastfeeding journey. This couldn't have been a better decision as I faced many challenges early on - we would not have had a successful journey if it were not for Joys expertise. Her guidance, attention to detail, and extreme patience lead us to a path of success. Joy took a considerable amount of time addressing every detail when challenges arose and not rushing for a quick fix which truly allowed us to get to the source of any issue allowing my baby and I to get back to a successful feeding journey that will be long lasting. If it were not for Joy I am not sure my son and I would have made it past 2 months, I could not be more thankful for her. For any mom, first time or not - I would highly recommend working with Joy!!

I cannot say enough good things about Megan and her team! I was supposed to have breastfeeding down as a second-time mom, right? Wrong. I had so many stumbling blocks and Megan hit them head on and addressed each and every concern and issue! Communicating with her between appointments really helped solve problems sooner rather than having to wait until my next appointment. Once my son started eating solids, other problems arose. She addressed those too! Her wholistic approach, paired with her personal experiences as a mom, and backed by her certifications and training and education makes her an amazing practice owner and therapist. Thank you Megan for not letting me give up on my breastfeeding journey and helping my son thrive!

My son has been with Inspire for the past year and a half for speech therapy. From 2.5 to now almost 4, he has grown leaps and bounds in his food therapy progress and with his pronunciation. He’s also more involved in daily activities at his school, now that others can understand what he’s trying to say. My son comes home excited each week to work on new things that he’s learning and cannot wait to show us his progress. We’ve been with Katie since Day 1, and she’s the best. So incredibly patient and kind, but also amazingly talented at what she does! We are so thankful for Katie and the entire Inspire team! Everyone is so helpful and will explain anything you don’t understand. 10/10 recommend!
