My three year old has only been enrolled for a few months now but we've had no problems so far. All the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The facility is tidy and clean which is quite the feat considering how wild I know my own kiddo gets all on his own. My son has never come up upset or hurt. All seems to be going very well!
Got a referral from another provider as a last choice. The staff i experienced was very nasty on the phone. I can’t imagine how they treat our special children. I would never bring someone i love here.
Sadly getting a call back never happened. Then when speaking to whoever answers the phone after calling several times over days was rude and unhelpful .. I cannot image someone like this being alone with children.

My son has been receiving services from IBY for the past 4 years. They’re incredibly knowledgeable, and put their heart and soul into their work. My son has made so much progress and my family owes a great deal of that to staff at this company. Elizabeth and Justyne are phenomenal in the work they do. I can’t recommend them enough.
I sincerely hope that the flurry of poor reviews earlier today by two people posing as others realize that you are posting about the best agency in the state that provides therapy services to children with disabilities. All because you were asked to move your vehicle from a spot reserved for parents to drop off their children. If others reading this have any doubts about IBY and their reputation, please contact them directly.
This place is absolutely amazing! And what they do for our children is unbelievable. My daughter is 4, and has been working with 3 therapists for about 6 months now and she adores every one of them. Along with the amazing Justyne 🖤 love this place would 10/10 always recommend! And they are super fast about getting you started and work around your schedule. They have made mine and daughters life so amazing. I dont know what id do without them!!
