To begin with, I am not here to bash this organization but I am here to speak facts and tell my story. This organization falsely accused me of punching my son on May of 2025 and reported me to Dcfs. I have never in my life punched my son and I found these accusations to be insane. No one from the staff confronted me or even tried to speak with me before Dcfs was called. In the end, the case was deemed unfounded but I was very hurt when i got the call from Dcfs because I couldn’t believe this place would try to get my son taken from me with false accusations. My son was a client here for almost 3 years and there was never any signs of abuse. My son always had food, clean clothes, toys, and reliable transportation from me being that I was traveling 20 miles each way to bring him to therapy. I have supported my son throughout his entire autism journey and will continue to be his main support system. This organization will have you fooled thinking that they care but in reality they are all about money and billable hours. They don’t offer a bit of parenting training to help parents. I wish this organization the best in the future but I pray that this doesn’t happen to the next family in the event of inaccurate information.

I cannot express how incredible this team is. My son Sonny has Autism Spectrum Disorder and he has been going to this facility for about a year. The amount of progress he has made with his communication is unmeasurable. He has several different teachers and they are all absolutely incredible. Every time someone is looking into ABA, I immediately suggest this place. The manager of the facility is Katie and she is kind and always accommodating. Everyone here takes their job very seriously and always goes above and beyond. They make sure to work around you and your child's schedule and needs. They draw up a very specific plan for your child, and set goals. I could go on and on in this review but I hope you get the gist. Start ABA here for your child you will thank yourself later.

Everyone at the clinic is amazing! My son loves going and has made great progress in the last 6 months since we started. The team cares about my son and they have been great to work with.

Our daughter has been going to IABA since July 2020 and her outstanding progress is all attributed to the efforts of the amazing RBTs and BCBAs at IABA. When our daughter started ABA therapy, she was completely non verbal and had no focus. Now she is in 1st grade and we work on goals to improve her school days! Her vocabulary is growing every day and her focus has improved along with some ever-improving social skills. If not for IABA, we would still be lost with no direction for our daughter. Thank you IABA!!!

IABA worked with our son, Brady, for about 5 years. It’s a tough job, especially with our son whose deficits are really severe. Overall they did a very admirable job, they are true professionals, and they always displayed caring and empathy for Brady. The biggest difference and what really placed Brady’s care and accelerated his behavioral improvement to the next level was when Toshi joined our team. Toshi was and is incredible. She created great plans and adjusted then constantly and drove so many life skills and improvements that my wife and I thought we would never see. She also showed us the value of our direct participation in the plan and helped us to change our enabling behaviors. Toshi is a rock star and we’re grateful for her and the entire team from IABA.

Toshi is an excellent BCBA, who provides person-centered services unique to the individual. She has experience and success with medical desensitization for individuals with Intellectual/Development Disabilities, who have severe medical fears. Toshi works collaboratively with case managers, guardians, and other care team members to target focus areas specific to the individual to produce positive outcomes. She is a great team member!

Ellen Is great with my son, she engages him and keeps him happy! Trust is a big thing and between Ellen, Toshi and Alaina, there is a lot of trust. The company as a whole has been amazing from billing being flexible and our BCBA being communicative. Definitely happy we made the switch here.

We have been working with IABA for about 2 years and have had a great experience. The RBTs are phenomenal with our son and the BCBAs we have worked with are very knowledgeable in their field and communicate well with us. All their work is play-based and fun for our son - he always looks forward to therapy. IABA has worked closely with us to find a schedule that is beneficial to our son and works for our family. They come to our home and feel like part of the team! We are very thankful that we found this company!

Working with IABA has been nothing but a positive experience. All of their BCBA’s are fantastic especially Toshi who I work most closely with! She thrives on empathy, communication, and is truly a selfless person who gives 100% of herself to making sure client needs are met!
