After years of putting it off due to nerves, I received testing here and truly felt seen and heard. All of the staff I interacted with, from my first emails, to the testing providers and doctor who walked me through my results, were great. I am looking forward to the next steps in learning more about myself and bettering my mental health with this team

I just had ADHD testing done with Karen Salerno and she is absolutely amazing! I would recommend anyone needing to get this type of testing done to try to see if she can do it.

I have been seeing Audrey Patterson at Integral Grand Rapids for therapy and I highly recommend her and the entire Integral team! Integral is very thorough in their testing and communication every step of the way. After looking at various therapists in the Grand Rapids/Holland area and not getting calls back from several, or finding that many aren’t taking new patients, etc., Integral was a breath of fresh air. I am not going to lie, when I first met Audrey I thought, “Wow! She looks young. I wonder how much experience she has.” It turns out, she has just the right experience for what I need in a therapist. She is SO knowledgeable. She is also sharp as a tack, kind, compassionate, and she knows her stuff. The work we have done together in the past few months has been more enlightening and helpful than I had even hoped for. Don’t let her youthful good looks fool you. The woman is highly competent and so clearly cares about her patients. I feel like I won the therapist jackpot!

No one answered the phone. You email and they give you limited information and don’t call you back when you ask for a call.

Love this office so far! Called the office and had an appointment within a month. The provider didn't just throw medication at me and is actually working diligently to get to the root cause of my mental health. No one has wanted to do that for me in the past 4 years since seeking treatment! Communication here is amazing and I love they can send a text for those of us who work jobs where we can't just readily answer a phone call. Highly recommend. Cassandra is also super super kind and I do not have enough good things to say! The wait may be a bit long but I feel seen. I feel heard. And I'm SO excited to get to the bottom of what's going on. I'd love to be able to give 6 stars honestly just for the fact I was listened to and treated like a person!

I am seriously impressed with Integral Psychological Services. Dr. Salerno is awesome, she did my testing, and I couldn’t like and appreciate Dr. Sandoval more. I love doing the virtual visits, but the office is a great, calming place too!!
