I originally left a high rating. But, sadly. Their rules has caused me to feel unhappy with them. The providers are nice, calls are answered and most of the time staff is understanding. I had to call to cancel my appointment today because I am loosing my insurance. I planned to go until I found out my insurance is ALREADY not covering things even tho it expires January. And, I can't afford to pay the Dr out of pocket as I try to recover and find what to do as now all my medications I need to survive basically is stripped from me due to the new administration taking away millions of health benefits from us the people. Moving on, call still counted as day of, which I understand. But again, I could not predict my insurance would do this. Once I get it all fixed I probably will not come here again simply for the fact it feels as if I am getting penalized by two medical groups instead of just one... It sucks.

Patients Deserve Better The only reason this place ever worked was Kelly — and she’s leaving. That should tell you everything. Every visit turns into a battle: they forget to call in your medication, then argue with you when you try to get help. You can leave voicemail after voicemail for the nurse and never get a single call back. Days go by. Silence. For a clinic that claims to care about mental health, they have no idea how much stress, anxiety, and frustration they cause their patients. The lack of communication is beyond unacceptable — it’s harmful. If you value your sanity, find care somewhere that actually listens, follows through, and respects your time and health.

Been a patient at IBH for years. Travel about 100 miles one way just to see a specialist. The service is overpriced with extras insurance won't cover. Pay and pay and pay some more. Been 2 days since appointment Doctor won't answer the phone so pharmacy can fill scripts. If there's a doctor in rural America that can legally write prescriptions somebody will have that good doctor arrested for sure. Well IBH your in the big city you got all the money for extras. IBH your too expensive and not helpful. It's time that doctors in rural America could practice they need another chance it's time big city doctors get into the big house and do the time. Maybe you might appreciate having had the right to use the FOURTH amendment since you charge money on the patients rights to the same.

This place is a JOKE!!! All they care about is money. I’ve seen my psychiatrist for years- don’t get me wrong, I love her and their nurse. However, their policies are ridiculous. I have never missed an appointment and the one day I have an appointment and an emergency pops up (even though I told them what was going on- I mean, the police were involved) they said the $50 fee still applies for the cancellation. Ok- well, I only had 4 pills left on my meds so I asked if they could send in a refill at least. I’m bipolar so I NEED my meds. They told me no. Unless I paid ANOTHER fee. What? So you’re going to withhold my meds because I won’t pay your fee? That’s outrageous and unethical. They don’t care about their patients… they don’t care that once I’m not taking my meds I’d start withdrawing and going into a manic state…smh. It’s the office managers fault. I believe her name is Jamie. The worst!!! I will NOT be returning to this practice.. currently looking for a new psychiatrist. Stay away people!!!

Staff are very helpful and respectful. I feel safe and I have recommended several friends to this practice. Great experience

Marci and Ms Ray have got to be the best folks I have ever met to help you deal with anything life can throw at you. I am so grateful that God led me to cross their path at the lowest time of my life.

If there was a negative star it would be -100!! I had to atleast select one star to be able to post! They don't even deserve 1 STAR🙄 Their portal that is supposed to have patient info does not have upcoming appts listed. Apparently they are having issues which is a them problem. My son had an appt. My daughter got sick with Covid. He logged on at 11:00 No appts listed. We had no text reminder. We assumed she didn't make the appt. I call the next day and they inform me we have a $50 no show. I have called multiple times with no answer. I have left messages with no call bk. I would not go to this clinic if my life depended on it. All I got from them were excuses. I do not recommend them!! I'm sure the staff isn't any better on the office. It starts at the top so Im sure these are not Dr.'s I want treating my son.

Worse place i have ever dealt with when it comes to the mental health field. I would not sent my worse enemy to them not even a dying dog deserves such horrible treatment , horrible office service, just atrocious all the way around. My husband went for help and got discrimination, treated like he didnt know anything, they did not help him at all in anyway . Honestly i dont think these people believe in the hypocritic oath they took which is no patient should be in pain or suffering which also applied to mental status it would not upset me if they were the next thing to be torn down for a auto factory

Awful, unprofessional. They ask for payment or you won't receive medications. That's a lie because I paid and guess what? Still haven't received a month later. Just now called to make follow up appointment and she mentioned paying the fee for missed appointment but she wanted it now.Mam, you won't get payment until I'm healed at this point. I'm suffering and none of you care.

I wish I could give a 0 star. Charging someone a $50 “no-show” fee for rescheduling an appointment is crazy! I can understand charging for an actual no call no show appointment missed but charging someone $50 to reschedule is ridiculous. My job now offers virtual mental health appointments and so I will now be doing that where I won’t be charged to reschedule an appointment! I advise everyone to look into this company further and read the most recent reviews before going forward!
