I would not even give whomever answered my call / front desk service even a 1 ( 2:25 pm / 5 Jan 26). Absolutely the worst phone experience I’ve ever experienced. As a disabled vet I will be sure to make Tricare know of my experience . The receptionist was rude, dismissive, unprofessional, unmannered and disrespectful. In customer service and especially in mental health care the person representing your services should have some compassion. You have lost a client and another person that reached out for help in a desperate time of need.
Not impressed. I was referred here via the VA for therapy and medication management. I have had three appointments so far, and two of them the providers themselves have completely missed. I have called both times and always get the answering machine, with promises of "a provider will reach out to you within 48 hours". Well, it's been two weeks since the first message, and no phone calls back. I asked for help and although my issues are not serious, I would absolutely hate to think how they treat patients that actually DO need serious help! Seek help elsewhere, because I don't believe you're going to get it here.
Went to them without a referral on medicaid and they were good but one of the doctors kept leaving his legs open during the visit which made me feel uncomfortable. The impact on my insurance and the other people was good but I was unable to receive medicine with the facility, that was something between the procedure that did not work out at that moment.
Terribly unprofessional. If I could have given zero stars, I would. From the front desk that hardly ever answers the phone, to the therapists that overstep their bounds and have 'god complexes,' to the incompetent med provider who prescribes at the drop of a hat without researching the client's medical conditions. Go anywhere else but here, or you'll be sorry.
