I had an appointment over the phone, the person I talked apparently has Alzheimers, she couldn't remember what I said a minute before, it was a referral and ask me why she had to report to my doctor 🙃, long story short she asked me to contact 2 other therapist outside the service provider, and she will follow up with me every month, I didn't have any type of counseling or therapy for the time spent over the phone, is clear to me it was only about bleeding the insurance not about me or my issues, I hope this gets to someone who cares maybe not about me but also about the service provider, I will say she was unethical, has mental health issues and doesn't care about her patient, if I receive a bill I will know who to issue a legal demand. This was my experience, I hope is not the same with other people. Bad, bad, bad all the way.

I set up an appt w/ her a week ago, even though I had some reservations based on our conversation. Not a lot of psych options here in NM for those of us on Medicaid and so I figured I'd give her a chance. The phone call was weird to begin with; she kept interrupting me, asked me the same questions repeatedly, seemed confused who she was talking to. As in, asking twice "Your Susan See who left me a message?" The auto text reminders started coming in on Friday at 6:50 a.m. Then another one at 7 a.m. another at 7:30, 8:20, 8:40, 9:05 and 3 more continuing until 12:35. I hadn't yet confirmed because I hadn't had time to fill out all the online paperwork. Emails arrived w/ the patient portal and a link to a video chat program called VSee. I registered this afternoon, logged in and went into the waiting room within a couple of minutes of my appt. She calls several minutes after it was supposed to start, and jumps into needing me to give her my insurance info, DOB, etc. All the stuff that I filled out online. I mentioned this and she says, "Oh, it must have deleted it." Ok, sure, that's possible. After I gave her the info, I asked, "Aren't we supposed to be meeting via video? I'm in the waiting room of the VSee program." "Nooo, I have to first get information about you, she replied." And, here's where it gets really wacko, she asks if I have the link to VSee. Huh??? "Yes," I replied, "You sent it to me and I'm in the waiting room right now. I'm in the VSee program now." She replies, "I don't use the Waiting Room app. The program I use is called V-S-E-E." :facepalm: I'm beyond flustered at this point and said, "Ma'am, I'm signed into VSee RIGHT NOW and I've gone into the waiting room. That's what it's called when one person is WAITING for the others to join in." She just keeps correcting me, speaking over me and telling me I have the program wrong and keeps speaking over me. That's when I decided this insanity wasn't worth it. I need a competent psychiatrist, not someone who is going to interrupt me, and not listen to me. Essentially tell me that I don't know what I'm talking about, and who can't seem to use their own online tools.

Love Dr. Jackie. She's the only practicioner since moving here years ago that's been reliable, consistent, and prompt on my medical needs. I miss going in for visits, but she makes sure to keep me on task and check in via our video chats. She has been such a lifesaver. Highly recommend

She is the best! Ive been to multiple Drs around Alb and it was just the same old run around and they didn't actually "care" about you. You are just a paycheck to them. Not with Ms. Jackie though! She makes you feel at home and I always feel better leaving a session w her. I've seen her for over a yr now and she has DEFENITLY helped me in numerous situations. She is a bit of a Of a life coach to me!

I had a great experience on my first appointment and you can tell that she really cares about the well being of her patients.
