Kalin and her team and have been nothing but a pleasure to be around. Their ability to make me feel comfortable and confident in my playing ability has been nothing but positive. I feel better and better each time I walk out of integrated solutions!

I LOVE the sauna here! My favorite part of the day, when I get to go. And I love ability to walk in and get the vitamin injections. My B-12 and D are often low and with few shots, my levels get back up quickly. The nurses are quick and make it pretty easy on you. They have so much more to offer, too!

We are so blessed to have ITS and the services they offer in our community. I have experienced many different offerings here including the red light sauna (up to 30 minutes of solitude that helps immensely with my back pain), Game Ready, dry needling, IV therapy when recovering from the flu and to help with dehydration during the colder months, and stretch sessions and physical therapy as well. Kailyn is so knowledgeable and always seems to know what will help me.

If I could give 10 stars, I would! My family and I started coming here after being involved in a car accident. Kalin is not only incredibly knowledgeable but also goes above and beyond to accommodate us and ensure each treatment is handled with exceptional care. We’ve felt truly supported every step of the way.

After taking care of a sick friend. I started getting sick went in for roadhouse (staff recomended) after about 6 hours I felt back to normal. But definitely could tell a difference afterwards. Love ❤️ this place... Seeing the fur babies is always fun too. Check them out!!!! Also have a great sauna.. 10/10
