Intense Behavioral Services

While I wanted this agency to work out, it did not. This agency came off as they were the top of top with ABA services, having the best therapists but I did not have a good experience with the back office. When someone is concerned about something, you expect them to listen and then find out the solution but no, all I kept getting was assumptions, being cut off when I'm trying to explain my feelings and thoughts and being lectured when I didn't need to be. When my daughter case was assigned, they gave me someone brand new to the job with no other experience. While I support students, she was not prepared to take care of my daughter's needs and did not give a good impression when she used her phone for games the first week. While that was addressed, I still was not satisfied to keep her so I requested a new therapist. The new therapist was very nice and she did seem to know more knowledge but I also had concerns which lead me to my bad experience with the office. The back office needs to do a better job listening instead of making assumptions.

Intense Behavioral Services is an amazing place for ABA services! My child's personal and academic growth has been inmense thanks to the services provided by his ABA Tech. She was so accomodating of my child's needs, and moved at the appropriate pace using the data collected in every session. Also, through the family coaching from the director and the tech supervisor, we were able to learn the necessary skills to address unwanted behavior. We highly recommend IBS for ABA services!
