Love ❤️ Love ❤️ Love ❤️ Love ❤️ I can't give them enough praises. Angela was amazing! We didnt end up needing ABA therapy but an IEP. I was stressed overwhelmed and couldn't get the school teachers to respond to my childs needs. Angela not only explained everything I needed to do but went to multiple IEP meetings to advocate for us. I am forever grateful and my child is proof that IOA services can change your life.

When our son was diagnosed with autism at 2 and a half years old, we were referred to IOA Behavioral Health for ABA therapy. Not knowing anything about ABA therapy or autism for that matter, we didnt know what to expect from this. When we decided to go with IOA, we agreed upon a 5 day a week schedule where the therapist came to our house and did almost everything with my son and the rest 5 days a week for about 2 years. Im not gonna lie...I was a little nervous about having a stranger into our home for 40 hours a week but it was never an issue in the least bit. My sons therapist, Angiel, and her manager Angela absolutely exceeded our expectations in everyway possible and were an absolute pleasure to have around. Angiel, with the supervision of Angela, helped my son thrive way more than we thought possible at the time. Angiel was courteous, polite, knowledgeable, hard working, amazing with children, and the list could go on forever but most importantly, Angiel knew exactly how to build a bond with my son and gain his trust which was crucial in order for him to take directions from her for 8 hours a day. I would, without a doubt, recommend Angiel, Angela and IOA Behavioral health to anyone looking for ABA services for their little ones. They were a joy to work with, amazing at what they do and I dont know where my son would be without them.

Angela Khater is a wealth of knowledge! We are so thankful for finding her and cannot imagine what we would do without her help and guidance.

This place has failed my child their lack of communication and changes made often without notification staff changed 1st week classroom change 2weeks later child was accused of putting holes in wall after being kicked out of program never had anything negative to say about child when picked up daily. Other staff members admitted my son did not do the holes they were already there they never took time out to learn child for themselves. Angelina is a liar she constantly changes her story when speaking they would put someone else pullup on my child daily they even called his former thepay for assistance with him after 1 whole month they still didn't have proper tools to assist him with communication and asked me what should they put in communication book they said my child picked up chair and almost hit another while I'm not denying it I questioned why weren't you close enough to redirect before it got that far??? I would not recommend actually would like them out the city
