These guys are awesome! I called with an electrical problem on my wheelchair accessible van. I could not take the van into the shop to get it worked on. They helped me diagnose the problem over the phone and bent over backwards to help me get the problem resolved! Can't say enough about the company!

We were in need of a wheelchair van to transport my mother to my father's funeral over a weekend when the assisted living facility van was not available. Although Seibert/Iowa Mobility doesn't normally do such short-term/daily rentals, the staff very, very kindly worked out a deal for me. They made sure I knew how to operate the ramp and properly secure the wheelchair in the back before I left. We are very much in their debt for their kindness.

I am absolutely appalled by the treatment we received from Iowa Mobility LLC. We spoke with Rod, and I have never encountered someone so blatantly rude and dismissive in a customer service role. From the start, his tone was harsh and condescending, making us feel like a burden for simply asking questions. Rod’s attitude was not only unprofessional but downright mean. It’s beyond me how someone with such a lack of basic respect and courtesy could be representing a company that caters to individuals with mobility needs. If this is the kind of treatment Iowa Mobility LLC finds acceptable, I would strongly advise anyone in need of mobility assistance to look elsewhere. No one deserves to be spoken to in such a disrespectful manner, especially when seeking help for essential services. I sincerely hope the company takes a long, hard look at how they interact with customers, because treating people like this is completely unacceptable.

These guys are outstanding! By far the best experience I have had in the automotive industry, especially when it comes to accessibility, knowledge and expertise in the field. I bought a brand new van from them in 2012 and it's the best piece of equipment and most enabling aspect of my life.

Siebert Mobility deserves a 5 star recommendation, probably a 10 out of 5! After struggling with loading a power wheelchair into the back of our van one last time, I told my husband, "we need an accessible van". It was truly the first car I ever bought. From the beginning, both Rod and Matt were careful listeners and terrific problem solvers. They patiently guided us through the steps we'd need to understand the mechanics of the vehicle and the unique needs of our situation. Their care and interest extended beyond the sale of the vehicle. They have consistently offered exceptional service and have been wonderful partners as we navigated buying and using our accessible van. To say it has changed my life for the better is not an understatement. BRAVO!!!
