Colleen does good with the kids….. -

My daughter has been receiving physical therapy services with Jeff for three years now. He pushes her for growth and strength, and changes with her as her needs change. They have helped to facilitate new equipment orders and have generally been a wonderful addition to Kennedy's team! Love It's Ability NH!

Therapists are wonderful, gym is clean and has a lot to offer these kids! Wonderful place!

I couldn't ask for a better place to take my daughter for Physical Therapy. We've been working with Itsability for several years and everyone is so wonderful.

My daughter has been going to It's Ability for about 20 years now. This is long before Colleen even had space to work with kids with disabilities. When other therapists & teachers told me my daughter would never be able to ride a two wheel bike, Colleen researched & provided the tools to make this happen. Small steps, but within a a few visits, as my daughter rode that two wheeler by herself for the first time, I can still hear her saying, "I can feel the breeze." And I could feel the tear on my cheek. As my daughter got older, It's Ability adapted the therapies to meet the needs of an older child. FunFit was created as a safe workout experience for her & her peers. The group participated in the Concord Hospital Rock "N Race as a team for a couple of years. She still attends FunFit, today. It's Ability has even expanded to meet other needs with their Life Skills Class. This class has provided cooking & sewing classes for my daughter to reach a certain level of independence, despite her disability.

My son has been seeing Colleen since he was 3 I can't ask for a better PT person , and her daughter is just as good. They have the knowledge behind them and the ability to know what is needed. I can't thank them enough.

We had a wonderful experience and definitely would recommend this place! The therapists are very knowledgeable and have years of practice. They treat every patient with utmost respect and they show they truly care about their patients. The new facility they moved to (at 134 Hall St., Concord, NH) is amazing! A lot of equipment, tools and toys patients can use. This team of therapists is the right team I would like to have if I wanted to provide the best care for my child. They have an Open House on June 13th 2018 at 4:30 to 6:30 pm. Come and check it out!

Worse customer service there is!! They ask you to fill out paperwork ahead of time, mail it to them and then they'll call you to schedule an initial appointment. It's been 3 weeks since I mailed these forms, have called them 3 times, and the lady who does the scheduling which is supposed to call back, doesn't even bother returning your messages. This is ridiculous, If I would have known, I wouldn't have bothered filling out all those forms and then mail them out, What a waste of time!
