I was a little skeptical about what physical therapy had to offer before starting at JACO, but all the staff were so welcoming, informative and supportive, I immediately felt comfortable and confident in the care I was getting, and by following their exercise recommendations, the pain that had been causing me problems quickly improved and ultimately resolved. I would absolutely recommend JACO to a friend, and would 100% return for any treatment/support in the future.

Staff were all super friendly. They were clearly knowledgeable experts, had all the equipment I needed and accomodated me on short notice.

Staff is friendly. Appts are quick and easy. No complaints. They were booked solid so I had to wait over a month for my first appt, but I’m glad I waited.

The full experience at Jaco from when you walk through the door leaves nothing to be desired.They are very thorough with PT treatment and often compliment on their range of therapy including mental.They often see their patients at their worst while we as clients never fail to see them at their best.Mahalo to the entire Jaco Team,always sending me home better than when I arrived.

I had Mark, a brand new local boy. Although a little quiet, he was informative & seemed to know what he was doing. When he started to massage my left shoulder, he was barely applying any pressure at all. I told him to go harder, twice & he gladly cooperated.
