Janelle Clarke

Janelle Clarke is an accomplished Behavior Therapist and the Clinical Director for the Massachusetts ABA program. She is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst who supervises both BCBAs and RBTs, delivering evidence-based practice to children from birth to twenty-one years of age. Janelle is skilled in building rapport with families and children to facilitate a therapeutic environment to promote social, academic, and behavioral growth. She has extensive knowledge in natural environment teaching, emotional intelligence, self-regulation, crisis intervention, and de-escalation strategies. Janelle continues to focus her practice around teaching functional, and meaningful, skills to guide learners on their journey to skill acquisition and independence. She is versed in utilizing the ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, Vineland, AFLS, and PEAK assessments, as well as conducting Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBA). She has exceptional communication skills with therapists and families while maintaining a thoughtful and team-minded atmosphere.
